I had a wonderful experience at this facility. Obviously, going to the doctors office is not necessarily wonderful but their customer service and customer care was top notch. They got all the required information at the front desk, so admissions was a breeze. The nurses were perfect in being attentive and taking notes as I described my issues. The Nurse Practitioner was extremely kind and listened to my descriptions and concerns. I was not over-tested or pressured to do things that might have been uncalled for. I appreciate all of these things as it's far and in between that you experience this with caretakers these days. I truly appreciate these ladies for getting me taken care of and even getting my medications entered before I left the parking lot. I highly recommend Pontotoc's RedMed location, care team, and other staff.
I printed off the paperwork from my office before I went to the clinic, then I arrived just after they opened. The ladies up front were very polite and they got me back quickly. The nurse practitioner that attend me was very professional and demonstrated real concern. And she listened to what I said. This day and time that's invaluable. It was a really good experience as much as you can say about going to the doctor.
Each member of the Pontotoc Redmed staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner who treated me was very thorough and provided detailed information about my diagnosis. She also explained how to use my prescriptions and gave good self care instructions.
The entire staff has always been very kind and efficient. I am very sensitive to meds and they have always listen and worked with me on that. We have always been very pleased with this place.
Quickly seen with well trained and efficient staff who can obtain needed lab to assist provider in an accurate diagnosis and treatment! Takes me longer to obtain my meds at pharmacy! Love PONTOTOC Red Med.
Very helpful. Had to wait a bit, but that is to be expected at a walk in clinic. They ran numerous tests to make sure they gave me the right medicine. Very kind and understanding.
My service at Red Med in Pontotoc was excellent. It was a holiday, but the staff were super nice & I got excellent but swift care!! Highly recommend!! The provider was thorough & very knowledgeable!!
I have horrible sinus issues. When I have a flare up I will see Jana Call and she is amazing!! She knows exactly which medicine to give to clear it up! Love the staff and love that they are so fast!!
My husband and I use red med for all sick visits and we love going there! Always very fast with getting us taken care of from waiting room time to time in the exam room.
Favorite clinic in pontotoc!! Thankful for the crew there from the front desk to the ones in the back! Me and my kids appreciate them!
