Amazing knowledgeable + fast service - I called the main line on a Sunday and schedule permitting, Uri was able to run out within an hour and get me taken care of with replacing a broken key + duplicating 3 other keys. AWESOME customer service and response time - they'll be getting all of my locksmith + access control business going forward! Great local South Bay family business to support!

All of a sudden they were closed while the employee there was standing at the entrance staring at me with a disdained look on his face like I was going to rob him or something. This while it was pouring rain out. All I wanted to do was to purchase an overpriced lockbox from them. They lost out on a sale and possible repeat customer. I do property management in that area and always in the market for keys, new locks, lock boxes, locksmiths, etc... BIG Mistake!

We used Reds lock/key service for many years for both home and office. When our house lock had issue, Dave solved our emergency issue right away and scheduled us for the complete fix. Cannot thank him enough. Best locksmith service I've ever had.

Our 2012 van needed new keys. We went to the dealership where they cut new keys that didn’t work and wanted us to pay $700 to change the locks. Freddy cut and programmed perfect keys at a fraction of the cost. He was friendly, professional and fast! Great service from Redmond’s.

A+ for effort. I picked up a clearance file cabinet from a store closing that didnt come with a key. I called Redmond's with the code on the lock and they thought they could find a match. He suggested I swing by the store while the cabinet was still in my vehicle. At first he directed a younger staff to assist but when he was unsuccessful, the more senior person stepped up to the plate with great determination and though it took more tries than he anticipated, he persisted and got close enough. Key still needs a little jiggling but hey, there was probably a reason it was the last cabinet in the clearance... oh, and if you are unfamiliar with the area, there is a huge parking lot hiding behind the store front. The entrance is a driveway on the east side of the post office next door. And Redmond's has a back door entrance. They have helped me in the past when the cleaning crew broke a key that was in a file cabinet lock.
