My husband and I had the personal flowers for ourselves and our parents, centerpieces and other floral arrangements done by Redwood Florist. Impeccable service!!! Mary is an amazing florist. She very quickly understood the look we were aiming at rustic/woodland-y outdoor summer wedding and recommended a range of flowers that could be in season and locally sourced. Communication with her was very clear and she quickly responded to all our queries. My bouquet was simply stunning and got many compliments. Many of our guests also wanted to take the table centerpieces which was great too as we hated to see them go to waste! The flowers, despite being out in a rather warm weather for all day, held extremely well the next day. I will use Redwood Florist again without any hesitation and highly recommend their service. Top notch and really reasonably priced.

I love this florist. The staff is fantastic. I am there 2 or 3 times a month. I get beautiful bouquets of flowers and an assortment of plants. They are very helpful picking out the appropriate plants for my place. The bouquets I get compliments on all the time. It keeps me going back. They are in the train station which makes their shop a bit tight but very convenient. The staff is wonderful! Which also keeps me coming back. The prices are reasonable for a boutique florist in a train station and the flowers/plants are great!

Ordered an arrangement to deliver at RWJ on Saturday. The nicest staff Shivani called and confirmed it would be delivered by Monday morning and they did. Very happy with the fast and reliable service from them. Thank you again! - Emily

The staff is friendly and make a beautiful bouquet but compared to other floral shops they are overpriced and your dollar doesn’t go as far. Great for convenience with the train station and for locals in New Brunswick but this is usually my last resort when I need a bouquet. The picture is of a $30 bouquet and I expect it to be more full. This could be a $15/$20 bouquet somewhere else w/ the exception of the rose. Great for locals but wouldn’t go out of my way.

Amazing customer service!! Florist called the hospital to make sure they could deliver to the ICU where my friend is, and emailed me to let me know they could they offered to deliver to the patient's family's residence if they couldn't. They totally understood what I was looking for and made the whole process seamless and easy. And the flowers are beautiful at a good price. HIGHLY recommend.

I got my wedding bouquets and boutenneires from here and was very happy with the process of working with them and the results; wholeheartedly recommended.

This flower shop provides an amazing customer service. Mary is always following up with me and in addition she will call the hospital almost on a daily basis to check if she’s able to deliver the flowers that I ordered for a family member. The prices are typically what you’ll expect from a flower shop but the customer service is top notch. Thank you for the help Mary!

Just moved to town and today is my girlfriend's birthday. Not knowing any florists, I came across Redwood Florist and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did!!! They put together a wonderful bouquet of red roses with greens and wrapped it nicely for me to carry out. The person that helped me, both over the phone and in the shop, was extremely nice, warm and welcoming, and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

Redwood Florist is amazing! We have a good friend with a daughter in the PICU at RWJ Hospital, called local florists and no other would deliver just a stuffed animal because no flowers or balloons are allowed. Redwood was more than happy to help. The staff was very friendly and went the distance to make this as special as they could. Highly recommend them. Thank you Sharon for being awesome!

I've used this florist for several years for my wife's birthday and for our anniversary. Every time the flowers were arranged beautifully and the associates were helpful in picking out an arrangement. As someone with no sense of taste, this was incredibly helpful. My most recent experience highlights how truly dedicated they are to their craft and their customers. In the middle of all the chaos caused by Hurricane Ida, with 6+ foot flood waters literally one street away they were in constant - unprompted - communication with me about the status of my order and when they could get it to me. It's truly amazing customer service to proactively reach out to customers even in a time of crisis. Thank you Mary and to all the other employees, I will be sure to be back for other events and special dates.
