I bought some of their flowers online for Mother's Day. The flowers that were received WERE NOT the ones I ordered online, and died within 3 days. I ordered the large pink ones in the second image with what appears to be 8 pink roses front and back amongst other flowers with a pink vase and pink bow; the ones in the fist picture are what were delivered containing only 3 roses pink, red and orange and a few other flowers along with a bunch of leaves, a clear vase and no pink bow. I called the store to let them know I was not happy and they said sometimes they substitute some types of flowers when they are sold out. This is a completely different and subpar arrangement. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. These flowers were $52.99. I should have bought them from Costco for $20. Beware buying flowers from Lancaster Florists online. Make sure you buy flowers in person! Not a happy customer.
I'm thrilled with my experience ordering from Bloomex. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and stunning. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases and recommending this florist to loved ones. The presentation was immaculate and the freshness was top-notch. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
Flowers arrived in good condition. They were well packed and smelled amazing.
Rushed over at my lunch break to get flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary, they were supposed to be open until 5:30 but there were no lights on at 4:52. Guess they're doing so well they can pack it in early, and hey, why bother having correct info on your website? Second bad experience I've had with this place, won't be attempting again.
The arrangement I ordered was perfect. It looked just as full as the picture on the website did. I ordered my wedding flowers 47 years ago from Lancaster Florist and all this time they have never let me down on anything I have ordered!!
Not a satisfied customer, I ordered some flowers online from Lancaster Florist the Saturday before Christmas. It would no accept my province in the form but it pushed it through anyway. I did not get a confirmation from them at all. I did another order for flowers for other people right after the first one. I got confirmations for the other 2 orders I did with Teleflora. I also got a notification for the purchases on my credit card as well, but nothing from the order for Lancaster via Teleflora. I then got notice that something went wrong with my order and the order did not go through. I knew it was because of the province issue. So on Sunday I went online and tried to order again. this time it went through and I got confirmation but no credit card notification. On Monday morning I got n 2 credit card notifications one for $107.00 and one for $130.00. I called Lancaster to ask for an explanation and they said they only had one order and they could not explain the other order. I explained what happened and they could not give me a reason. I asked them to check into it and get back to me. About 15 minutes later they called and said that the orders were both processed and delivered to the same address and to the same person from me. I asked how that could have happened. They said that because the orders were not the same it did not get flagged. They offered to go and get one of the orders back from my family, I told them not to worry about it I would never order from them again. First off I never got a confirmation on the first order so how did it go through. This was there mistake hands down and nothing was done to compensate me, but an offer to go and get an arrangement back. I usually order from Costco but I thought I would order to a florist close to my family. I will never order from them again and I usually place orders several times a year. They just lost my business.
After setting up and appointment, they were not prepared and more upset about the fact they didn't know. When we dropped in without an appointment, they insisted we needed one. Calls not returned to follow-up. Don't waste your time or money
Fabulously helpful. This store has been here since I was a small child. Always delivering beautifully arranged fresh flowers. No fuss. I call. They deliver. Thanks again.
Always easy to get what I need delivered with a quick telephone call. My mom, is seniors home, loves then always.
