I just had a factory stereo put in my car. Man, the guys are so nice and helpful. The cost was very reasonable. I asked a lot of questions and they never made me full stupid! Thankyou Very much for making me feel comfortable!
I needed information. They knew the answers. They said they needed to look at the system I currently had. They came out, ordered what I needed and delivered it and installed the next day, it was a special order from Kansas City. Awesome folks. Personalized service. Did what they said.
Went in to buy a stereo dash kit for my 91 Chevrolet and the price on the it was 22.99. I figured that was reasonable. An employee rang it up and it scanned to 45.00. I said the sticker price, and he said well its 45 on here, after arguing that I could buy this online for 20$, WITH the wiring harness and connectors, he still refused to honor the 22.99 sticker price. Don't waste time or money.Thank you, Amazon.
Quality products and installations. Knowledgeable staff and able to get ahold of many items even if they aren’t sitting on the shelf. Many times people don’t understand what quality work costs and how long it can take, which is what I think some of the bad reviews have stemmed from, I have personally never had an issue and service after the sale is something you don’t get when you buy cheaper online. Will continue to support Regal and trust them with my vehicles.
I called to get a quote for a remote start unit installed. Having been given a few options I chose one and called back to place the order and schedule installation. Since I'm from out of town they even offered a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait in the store all day. When the day came I went, only to find the promised loaner vehicle wasn't available so I sat in the store for hours while they did the install. On completion I was ready to pay the bill only to find they had installed the wrong unit. I had specified a Viper, but they installed an off brand because the guy on the phone misquoted the unit, so instead of letting me know what happened they arbitrarily installed the unit I hadn't ordered instead of what I specifically requested. The price difference would have been an astounding $10. Unbelievable...
Add a new stereo put in my truck It has amazing sound and different function now that I've never had before it's also put in a couple of speakers in the front and then I'll go back for about 2:50 and put in new speakers in the back they had very good service and they took care of yesterday like I was your best friend
Alan knows his stuff. He installed security, audio, and phone systems in my office and was as professional as they get. They clean up as they install, make sure the products are working right, and are always willing to come back if you need to make changes later.
Horrible service.They don’t give you right dates for your items they have to order they told me 3-5 days then I call on the 5th day and they say 1-2 weeks. Took about 10 minutes to help me in store the day of anyway. Oh also told me he waited to get more people’s orders in to order mine!
Check online prices before purchasing products here. Bought all of my car audio online for a fraction of the price. Owner has terrible customer service.
Reagal audio video one of my most favorite stores in Hays Alan Kohl is the owner and he is very nice and he will help you with anything you want the staff of the store is very courteous and very nice and always willing to help you I would highly recommend going to reagal audio video for your audio and video needs and security needs they also install security cameras and security systems for homes and Commercial businesses and they're just some those people who know what they're doing and they're very nice I would highly recommend this store for all your needs
