Very clean theater and not real busy on a Friday afternoon. Like normal theaters, the prices on snacks were absolutely insane, but that's to be expected. Good staff and it actually had decent air conditioning.
A very clean, well maintained theatre with excellent staff and reasonable prices.
The main movie theater in Bellingham. Parking has always been easy. If you need to buy tickets at the door, they are sold inside at the concession stand. Inside was clean, seats were comfortable not VIP, and friendly staff. For 2 tickets, 2 popcorns/drink, and candy it was over $50+.
Decent theater with good sound system. Makes it a lot difficult to but tickets paying cash as I found. I did pay card but have to stand in a cash only line that can take up to 20 minutes on a weekend. Would be nice if all registers took cash. Losing some business this way no doubt. Concessions are a bit pricey compared to others on the east coast I've been visiting. No reclining chairs. Could use some updates.
I just left this theater after having a wonderful theater experience… but encountering the most unhelpful and rude staff. This is not my usual experience here and I hope they can change and do better… Just as I was leaving the theater I realized I had left my bag with my sons medicine in the theater, I immediately returned to find the doors locked and theater closing. I knocked on the door and staff at the ticket booth made eye contact twice but ignored me. I knocked further and staff members at the popcorn counter looked at me and then ignored me. I was finally able to get in when another person left the theater and I ran to catch the open door. I asked the team members why they didn’t open the door and they yelled at me because they are closed…. When I tried to tell them it was to get my son’s medicine they again ignored me. I went and got the medicine bag and left. Do better, Regal Staff.
The venue is great, clean and comfy. But prices of tickets with ANY snacks gets to high for me. $40 to see a 2 hour movie is too expensive. I can stream from my couch for less than $20 and have all the breaks stops and snacks I want. Suggestion: Make a combo, maybe drink popcorn and admission for like $20? But $5+ for candy and nearly $10 for day old popcorn..... no thank you. Make the experience of the movies be an experience not an expensive endeavor.
The Imax theater was large and spacious. The sound system added to the enjoyment of the film. There weren't many people who chose to pay the extra $$ for the big screen experience, so l wasn't that worried about Covid exposure but l still wore a mask.
No alcohol available or choices in food. They ran out of jalapenos for the cheesy nachos. 3d movie did not have vibrations in the seats. Eh.. there are better comparables in Seattle or Vancouver
Went to see Avatar 2 with my boyfriend for Valentine's. It was my first 3D movie which colored the experience some and my first theater experience since pre-Covid. I was amazed at how clean everything was, how friendly staff were and how much I enjoyed the whole deal. The food may still be priced for Elon Musk, but I'd highly recommend.
Awesome local theatre with many screens and showings to choose from, including some limited and re-releases. Get the app, get the Unlimited plan and keep checking the showtimes, because some things just pop up without warning—like the recent re-release of the extended-edition LOTR trilogy! My only complaint is how cold the theaters are, both in winter and summer. My wife has to bring a blanket along with her every time, like we’re going to an outdoor football game or something. Recently we decided to go to a late showing of The Woman King and we were the only ones in the theatre, but the A/C was cranked up so high that we were both shivering, in spite of wearing jackets. Here the actors are in Africa, walking around half-naked and sweating, and we’re sitting there freezing our @$$es off with coats and blankets. Kind of detracted from the viewing experience. After the movie, when we walked out, I kid you not, it was 10+ degrees warmer in the lobby.
