When I first saw this theater from the road I was amazed at all this Neon. Back in the day theaters would go all out with neon, now a days there in a shopping mall. But anyways, good venue, staff friendly and courteous, patrons however need some work and patience.
Looks closed. The parking lot is completely empty, the upcoming attractions and currently showing poster boxes are all ripped off of the wall, and the building looks empty. Pity, this was my favorite theater.
Pretty nice place. Hard to get to and very confusing. Other than that, I recommend going here. It's right next to the city hall and plenty of patrol around. Feel very safe and not a sketchy crowd. Movie experience is very important and it definitely satisfied me. I will come back again.
Very friendly staff and well kept theater. I like using the Regal Card and the rewards it provides.
Older but not too bad. Wasnt very busy on a Sunday night. No assigned seats, no reclining chairs.
It was clean and pleasant since I've last visited during summer 2018. The staff were professional but limited which made getting snacks kind of a hassle if you wanted something but had to wait longer than usual. The sound was loud but not surround sound loud which could of made an action screen more enjoyable while viewing. I'm more impressed by the cleanliness of the theater and courtesy of the staff. Still enjoyed myself
Went on a Monday evening. Parking lot about a quarter full. My grandson told me that he heard that the theater is going to close. Sad. Everything looked clean. The popcorn was pretty good, about the same as most other theaters. I was a bit warm in the theater itself but it could have been just me. My grandson said he was cool. The seats did not recline like many theaters these days, but they were comfortable enough.
The auditorium was excellent. Great sound, great view. However, the concessions staff were lazy and rude. Took ten minutes to cash out though only fourth in line. Because there were no trailers we missed the first minutes of our movie. After the movie they refused to refill our drinks with a condescending shake of the head. So, mixed experience obviously.
This is a nice theater tucked behind a police station. The outside looks a little sketchy, but once you get inside, it is kept up very well. The only problem I really had was that on a Friday night they only had 2 people at the ticket counter, so it took a little bit to get the tickets they did work pretty fast though, so not complaining about that. Once I got in, all the concessions stands were open, which was nice. It was still pretty busy, but the staff kept up, and it only took about 5 minutes to get through the line, and that's with having 3 really indecisive customers. I easily found my movie, thanks to the signs that say the movie instead of the theater number. The theater was great with good surround sound and comfy seats. I am a tall guy, so it was nice knowing that if I sat in front of someone that I didn't feel like I should be ducking down so they could watch the movie too. The only real problem I have with this theater is that the seats don't recline and so if I want to relax while watching the movie, I can't cause I have to be ram-rod straight.
There's something wrong here, the whole vibe of this place gives it the feel that it may be closing soon. No one manning the box office outside, just a single person at the concession stand. I guess because it was a Monday afternoon, and because most folks probably but tickets with their phone nowadays? I'll have to come back on a weekend to get a better feel for the place. Like a previous reviewer, I was also in theatre 8, and the whole place smelled like urine, like the streets of San Francisco. They need to disinfect the whole area. I appreciated that there were only 10 minutes of actual movie previews to sit through before the movie. OK experience. Would be decent if they could get rid of the urine smell.
