Its a great time! The food is theater food so take that how you will, if you're an adult, there is alcohol here! Kids can get decorated buckets and cups for special movies! The chair arms are usually sticky so be warned of that! All in all, take friends, family, or even yourself to this wonderful theater!
First impression at concession stand leaves much to be desired but the theatres are actually nice. Comfy lounge chairs, good theatre layout, and big screens. Can be 5 stars if they give the lobby area a face lift.
Love the reclining seats. Lines can get long but I feel like they do a great job handling the food lines. Getting in and kiosk lines could use some kind of control so you're not waiting outside. Good choice of food and drinks selection
Can't get a much more perfect theater experience. Chairs were power recliners and so comfortable. Theater was packed for the new little mermaid and the crowd was great and respectful. Zero issues and great pop corn to boot!! And the tickets only cost a little over $10? Very reasonable. Police on scene to keep traffic flowing.
Absolutely absurd. Tonight my cousins and I wanted to go see the little mermaid. My cousin paid for all of our tickets which cost $103 total. Mind you, on the website it does not state the age requirements nor curfew. We came to the movie theater, and as we were printing our tickets and showing them to the person punching the holes for the tickets apparently the manager, she punched out some of our tickets. We are in a group. Some of our cousins went by then she decided to pick one of my cousins and told her she needed to check her ID. Again, we didn’t know about their “policy”. She told her to step aside. Then me and my cousin who are the oldest and over the age of 20, were asked for our IDs and I’ve never been asked to show my ID at a movie theater before. I started asking her how come she didn’t ask for my cousins IDs or the people that were in front of us who were CLEARLY underage? She said “ I ASSUMED THEY WERE OVER THE AGE, AND I GET TO PICK AND CHOOSE “. At this point, I felt discriminated and my cousin wanted to get his refund. We waited in line, the cashier asked the same manager that kicked us out and told us we could NOT get our refund because of curfew and no ID even though it clearly doesn’t state that on the website. I am highly upset we were treated so poorly.
From the first encounter with the lady at the ticket booth I knew we weren’t going to stay long. She was very rude and charged us for a 2 year old when on their website it says “children tickets are 3-12”. The people in the theater weren’t very nice and every time she spoke even whispered they hushed us and we ended up leaving after 15 minutes…not very kid friendly. The concession stand staff and the facility was nice and clean so I added 2 stars. But we didn’t have a very great experience for spending almost $50 for 15 minutes.
Ever since the Pandemic I haven't been to many theaters. I used to come this theater all the time, since I used to live a mile away. The service was always nice and the place was moderately clean. I went to see John Wick 4 here and it was wonderful. The concession stand now sell Beer and Wine. I used the online app and was able to select my seats, so I could have my own spot in the center but a seat or two apart. They converted all the seating in Theater 1 to be Stadium Electric reclining seating. Each cup holder was numbered to match the seat so there was no confusion as whether or not I was intentionally putting my cup in the wrong spot. This was the middle of the day and the place was still spotless. I would highly recommend this theater and plan on going back for another quality movie going experience.
If I could give this staff 0 stars I would. Tried to buy a drink at 10pm and of course the very unprofessional staff made smart remarks and wouldn’t allow me to purchase a drink. Tried to get drinks and popcorn before the movie but due to the snails pace of the staff I had to abandon having a snack and drinks for the beginning of the movie. While waiting in line before the movie it seemed gossip was more important than actually serving customers. At least be professional and tell me that nothing can be purchased after 10pm.
Not sure what happened to this place. Highly disappointing visits since tickets went up in price again. Recently went here a few nights apart. Both nights the theater was disgustingly filthy around concessions and the restrooms. You couldn’t set your popcorn or drink lids down anywhere while filling a drink without it being stuck to the counter or getting stuff all over them. Sat in theater #1 to see Barbie. that theater wasn’t so bad. A couple nights later we were sat in theater 5 for the little mermaid. 2nd night there was absolutely no one taking tickets. Could have just walked in without paying for the movie and no one would have noticed. As soon as you walk in theater #5 you get hit with a damp musty smell. Sticky floors, overflowing trash cans. There were only 4 rows of seats in this one so we sat in the back. Begin the back row, there’s popcorn and trash thrown everywhere. It’s evident this place is not being cleaned. Also if you come here for a late move, don’t expect to really get drinks. Half the machines were out of service, the icee machines weren’t dispensing and everything was closed and turned off by 10. At least offer a discount on refillable concessions if you are going to close 30 minutes after the start of a movie.
Great value on tickets for these days; even snack bar is legit. Has different drinks including alcohol for not too had prices. The seats are leather & comfort with electronic controls. Staff is pretty chill. They could do a better job keeping concessions, etc clean but if short staffed I get it. An AMC theater was my first job so I know how the rushes go. So glad none the less to have this spot in the neighborhood. Always has the movies were trying to support...like from smaller producers, so I dig that greatly!!
