Always fun, great comfy seating and quality sound. You can see the screen well from anywhere, though I prefer towards the middle/back rows. The theater was mostly clean, but there were some crumbs and napkins left from the previous showing. Also, sometimes the online tickets are a bit finicky, but the staff is chill and helpful about it. So no big complaints! There's a nice feeling of excitement, nostalgia, and energy you get from going to a traditional movie theater like Regal, that watching at home just can't quite compare to.
My wife and I went to watch Silent Night. The movie was good however, the seats are extremely uncomfortable, torn and just disgusting! When we arrived there was no popcorn therefore, we had to return once the movie started. The area where the staff were serving food and drinks was beyond filthy. The mens room was not clean. We will not be returning! 0 stars for sure!
I want to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing staff at Regal Waterford, especially Cindy and Jeremiah! I inadvertently lost my wedding band while watching a movie right before Thanksgiving. I left my contact information at Regal and other places I visited that day, hoping for a miracle. Cindy and Jeremiah went above and beyond—they found my ring and returned it to me! Their honesty and kindness have left an indelible mark on my heart. Thank you, Cindy and Jeremiah, and the entire Regal team, for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience!
The staff was quite nice. The seats are lay flat and seem a bit different than other theaters we attend. I have to say I appreciate that nobody is bothered during the movie with wait staff. Some theaters have moved to that and I find it annoying. The movie was great. Barbie loves pink
The prices are disgusting and some workers have 0 customer service skills!!!! The previews went on for like ever, and there was barely anyone in the theater; so why put a family right next to our seats?! If we ever decide to go back, we will be sitting anywhere we want to if that happens again. They were nice people but i have anxiety, and we are paying customers who should be able to sit anywhere we'd like especially for the prices they charge today.
Regal Waterford is our local theatre. I can remember making special trips to see movies here 30 years ago, when the box office was still used, and you had to get there early to make sure everyone could sit together. Pre-ordering your seats via an app has certainly made it easier to go see a movie, but i wish that their reclining chairs were maintained. Depending on the theater your movie is in, you'll find seats that are loose or may not recline comfortably. I'm also finding that most of the trays were removed, which is an interesting choice. I think monthly maintenance on the seats would elevate this theatre back up to 5 stars... but regardless, I'll be back.
If I could give this movie theater a zero stars I would. The staff was less than welcoming…the inside of the movie theater was unclean especially when I sat down to watch the movie the floor was littered with trash & floor was sticky…seats where unclean & the interior of the movie theater had a musty odor. If you go bring your Lysol spray and wear gloves/face mask. Save your money & the possibility of getting a contagious disease
Fine movie theatre--overall, mostly good things to say. Oddly, during my group's movie, the theatre got pretty stifling hot... perhaps the film was just too intense other than that, Auditorium/Theatre #2 had some damage to the screen surface what's being projected onto. After a little while, you don't notice it. But depending on if you're OCD about that sort of thing, it might irritate you. I do really like the sound quality though.
Got to see Saw X, and it was amazing! The staff were polite, and the popcorn was good! I didn't think the prices were all that bad.
Projectors have issues. In theater 3 I saw Napoleon and the left side of the screen was red/magenta and the right side was green/yellow. I spoke to the manager 10 minutes into the movie and was told they need to update the projectors. Working in the film industry those issues do happen but not at the scale I witnessed. This shows months maybe a year of neglect.
