Movie theater was big beautiful. We went in the early evening so it was just a few of us in the theater. They don't have recliner seat but was spacey for long legs. Bathroom was clean smell fresh. We had a wonderful evening, we will definitely visit again soon.
The Movie started almost 20 minutes late, popcorn tasted old and nasty! I barely was able to eat it. The popcorn was a waste of money! One of the only good things good about this was the volume of the movie.
Got to the theater about an hour before movie time, watched The Little Mermaid. First time here, I hoped there would be a place to sit and watch the kids play but not much of a sitting area. Thankfully there was a bench near the concession stands. Bought our food and waited to be allowed in the auditorium for the start of the movie. Went inside about 20 min before movie time and when it was time for movie, we were inundated with 30 mins or more of commercials and food concession adverts. Movie started about 30 minutes later than advertised. However, theater was clean and sounds were as expected. Am sure I'll visit again, but with the knowledge to not be there until the time for the movie to begin.
The Theater is old and outdated. It smells stale like an old home. The seats do not recline, the popcorn was not fresh and the overall experience was uncomfortable. The Staff was very friendly and polite however, I will drive the extra distance for a AMC Theater.
I went to go see Barbie with my girlfriend. The theaters had plenty of dead roaches for children snack on. The prices for snacks were ridiculous, good thing I brought in some of my own. Seriously a small drink for 7 dollars? THAT is highway robbery. SANTIKOS WOULD NEVER! How do you expect to have repeat customers if you have dirty theaters and ridiculously priced snacks and drinks. Also why do some registers not accept cash? Is this communist China? Last I checked this was America and we still took cash as legal tender. Thankfully the cashier I had sent me to another register, too bad the next cashier was rude.
Watched Sound of Freedom here three weeks ago. We know that COVID pretty much killed this theater until the chain was bought out and it reopened. We are hoping it can slowly come back to a level where they can perform much-needed renovations/updates, as they are behind when it comes to seating layout, and in particular legroom. It was definitely a step back in time when we got to our seats and could barely move our legs out from vertical. Keep seeing movies in-theater, America!
Been coming here since the early '00s and regrettably have watched its steady decline since then. Took my son and nephew to see a movie. Matinee prices are a lot higher than I remember. Got a couple of drinks for $7 a piece and their snacks were ridiculously priced as well. I spent almost $100 for the trip. They said they offer military discount on ticket prices, but if no one is at the counter to apply the discount, it's not happening. All in all disappointed by all of it...
This is my neighborhood Theater always easy to find a good seat never overcrowded doesn't have alot of the bells and whistles alot of the newer Theaters have . But a great place to watch a movie and you don't ever have to really be worried about it being sold out.
The customer service at the counter is horrible. It's terribly hot in the hallway. The fountain water is hot. The prices at concession are ridiculously over priced.oh and I almost forgot, the seats are not the best. You are elbow to elbow with the person next to you plus the seat in front of you is too close. The movie took 20 minutes to start. Nothing but commercials. We thought that coming here for the first time we would have a great experience choice, boy were we wrong. If you come here, don't say I didn't warn you. This has been the worst movie theater I've ever been to.
Theater had very poor AC. Not the entire complex, just theater 14 that I was in. Summer in Texas, you notice when a room is 10-15 degrees warmer than anywhere else in the building. No easy method to carry multiple items nachos, popcorn, and drinks like a tray. Cashier I purchased from just shrugged when I asked for one. Second person I found did offer to help carry them. People in the theater were mostly between 15 and 19. They spent a lot of time playing on their phones during the movie, setting off camera flashes to take pictures of each other. Aside from the singular helpful cashier, the entire experience was very poor. Definitely going to another theater next time.
