I was excited to learn about how this movie theater is discounting movies on Tuesdays AND it’s super close to the Simpsonville exit. It’s under new management and the owner is very nice. The seats were comfy and the theater had surround sound nice. We saw the standard movie, but they do have 3d. I hope the arcade/Game Center opens soon, but we really came to see the movie…and they nailed it! Keep growing!
I had a great experience at this theater. The place was clean, the seats were comfortable, and in my opinion the ticket prices were less than other theaters in other towns and cities that I have been to recently. I'd go again.
Very friendly atmosphere, the bathrooms were not very clean only one working soap dispenser, and only one dryer for your hands. Not much toilet tissue either. Other than the bathroom being very un sanitery, nice experience
Purchased tickets online, showed up and the cashier/concessions/movie operator she was the ONLY person working and clearly frazzled but super nice said the movie wasn’t working. I tried to get a refund from fandango and couldn’t because the show had ‘already started’. There continued to be problems, no need for me to go on. I feel terrible for this employee-this is clearly a management issue. Shame on management for leaving this poor woman alone to run a whole movie theater. Not right.
We purchased tickets off fandango and my kid and his friend took their barcode in their was unable to use or give credit for tickets purchased. Made them purchase two more then told me would have to contact fandango to get credit. So attempted that no credit given. Movie theater said would make it right but haven't seen that either. They got payment from fandango so they could also reimburse. Will not return to this movie theater with my children or will never use fandango. Beware rip off!
Posted 6:25 for Mario standard. Showed up it was 6:25 Mario 3D. I have vertigo 3D movies give me motion sickness. Just tried to call the number listed on Google and it's disconnected.
i genuinely have no idea how this place is still open
The movie theater is poorly managed. The movie we came to see wasn't being shown anymore. Had to wait way too long for concessions. Trash cans were full when we got there at 6 pm on a Monday night. They were not busy at all. That trash was leftover from the weekend. It's disappointing that our small town theater can't do better. I don't know how they produce enough profit to stay open.
Decent ticket prices, bought tickets online, and was supposed to see a 3-D movie, and was told that the time on their website is not accurate on google..... the place was filthy, bathrooms were nasty. Only 1 person seemed to be working.
Amazing service and not very crowded. Great prices.
