Drove to Garden Grove to see a movie during the weekend. Once inside, I ordered drinks & buckets of Popcorn. Cashiers, not friendly at all. When requesting more soda, it was handed to me in a bad way. Plenty of room and comfortable seats but during the movie, I did notice flies all over ...

I often buy tickets online highly recommended because it's faster then get a very quick check in. They work fast without any problem. The chairs are very comfortable! Plus, I live nearby around 1 mile drive so it's sweet!

I originally came here before 2020 and fell i love with this place. Always have a wide variety of food and snacks and reclining seats. They even brought your food to your seat. Nowadays i sugguest to go early to order your food early burger, fries, etc because they no longer deliver it to you.

Bad service, the boy at the entrance is very rude, they have to be more sensitive. 05/12/23 at 5:10pm

I probably had high expectations because this Regal location was quite disappointing. There was no AC in auditorium 4, so we ended up leaving halfway through the movie. The seats were peeling, the theater was dirty EVERYWHERE, and the wait time was ridiculous despite already having my tickets online. People are getting in line to buy snacks but get stuck waiting for people who are barely ordering tickets for a movie. It’s time consuming and just a poor idea overall..

This place is run down and in desperate need of a refurb. My wife got a burger from here and woke up in the middle of the night being sick. Staff are great but I would choose a different theater if you want to enjoy a movie.

Love this place never crowded when I go but the line to buy ticket is always long!! Need more workers at the registers!! They don’t have a standard for senior pricing only tuesdays!! All other days prices depend on what you going to see that day and it’s the same for everyone including seniors!!

Staff are very polite and helpful. The theater and bathrooms are very clean and if you frequent them more then 2 times a month check out the Regal App for Regal Unlimited the monthly membership.

Got movie tickets from the employee inside the theater. I can select my seats on a device. Restrooms are nearby and clean except there was an empty soap dispenser and one faulty faucet at the time I was there. There was also an arcade near the entrance. Got a large ICEE and a bag of popcorn. The reclining chairs are worn out, but still comfy to watch 2 hr movie. I wasn't cold there either.

Pros: reclining seats. Cons: the seats are in poor condition, and of all the Regal theaters I have been to, the employees at this location are the least welcoming.
