Regal Cinemas At The Loop

Nice stadium seats. Lots of leg room. Good sound. Reasonably priced. Concession stand a little pricey. Get out and see the movie. Sound of Freedom!! Very emotional movie.

Manager Darius was amazing! Patient and helpful with our group of disabled adults. Saw Barbie, which they enjoyed. As well, the concessions staff were so patient with our group, taking separate orders for a large group.

This is the closest movie theater to us. We enjoy seeing movies here as there are other activities close by. The theater offers a consessions stand, ticket kiosks, customer service desk and games. They also have a party room for birthday party's. The seats are comfortable, have cupholders and they rock. The AC is cool and the sound system is very good and loud. Overall we always have a good experience when we see a movie here.

Definitely needs more employees . The front on the outside was closed , instead of having employees print out tickets. There was crowds of people , to print out their tickets and then 10 lines of people trying to buy snacks. We waited 15 minutes and decided to skip out on popcorn because movie was going to start soon. Then only one security guard to check printed tickets and it seemed like a manager to scan tickets. There should be more people scanning tickets for a weekend day. Went to sit down and there was 6 teens sitting in our seats. They sat down at the middle and kept exiting the theater constantly. This theater needs more employees for every aspect. Garbage’s were overflowing too

Darius was very helpful. The bathroom, and theater I was in, we're clean. My chair felt a bit loved in, but was still comfortable. Of course, being in the row by the railing, I rested my feet there and enjoyed my movie, with minimal theater mates. Would definitely come back.

We’re grateful they were showing A Man Called Otto; enjoyed it with a decent group of nice theater goers. This theater had a wider range of movies than other theaters near us. No reclining seats but it was clean. Good enough concessions: popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, pop, Icees. You can reserve your seats online. We thoroughly enjoyed our date night.

Epic fail. Stood in one long line while employees walked around talking. Finally the manager asked them to get to work. Then a bunch of ppl passed ppl who had been standing in line. They need one long line and the next person goes to available window. Secondly all I wanted was a cherry icee and their icee machine appeared working but the cashier refused to serve it to me saying it was watery. Get my food drink and realize they forgot straw. Who puts straws behind the counter? Had to stand and wait in line again. Horrible! By this time I’m late for the movie. The guy taking tickets wasn’t helpful. The seats are fabric not leather so they stain. No recline option. Screen small. The movie actually played in a small box than the movie screen. Odd! Just a bad experience.

Nice! I really like that is near my house, which is a must since I am watching a lot of movies lately, I like the atmosphere and their workers are nice. I recommend it!

We went with the family to watch Fast X. By the way, it's an amazing production. But I believe the lack of employees gave this place a shadow. All the bin trash was overflowing, and the bathrooms were smelling so bad I tried different ones, but no luck. The management needs to overstep and take care of this location. It has great potential, is spacious, and is located in a great area, but I won't be back again.

I always enjoy myself when I'm here. I only gave 4 stars because there never seems to be enough staff to serve customers who are rushing to see their movie. We definitely were in line for 10+ min, despite arriving early to make sure we got snacks first and to find our seats. Overall, the staff members are polite, and the seating is comfortable.
