Brian is amazing! Helped us get to our seats effortlessly with my elderly mother! Super polite and funny! made my mom laugh! Madelin behind the counter was also amazing. Made my popcorn perfectly! Big smiles and well spoken! Best theater on the East Coast!!

Saw The Sound of Freedom. Great movie! The theater was very clean and comfortable. Went on a weekday afternoon and there were no lines. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Popcorn was delicious - very addictive. Very pleasant experience.

"Great Time " ... hadn't been to the Movies in a long time . went for a "father,daughter, day" with my youngest . Friendly people and comfortable seating. close bathrooms for quick use when needed. good movie !

A little dated. Some of the theaters are better than others, so comfort is always hit or miss. But overall clean theaters, lots if clean restroom stalls, and friendly staff.

No more human ticket personel, just a computer to print tickets, and card only no cash! The entire inside is covered in trash! Not a single person to clean, and no cleaning at all takes place during operation. This is NOT the movie experience we grew up with and not even pleasurable anymore!

For being near an abandoned mall and an older venue, it was well kept and staffed. No complaints on theater 16. Screen and sound both good. No bleed over audio from other rooms.

Ticket kiosk somewhat confusing, but a staff member was assisting customers. Restrooms are clean. Theater needs deep cleaning and movies need to start on time. Sound and picture were fine.

The theater is a bit on the older side and can feel a bit dated, but it's still overall a good experience. I really appreciate that because there are so many auditoriums here, there are often a wider offering of movies and also greater flexibility of showtimes compared to other theaters here in Richmond. I can see the movie I want, at a time that is convenient to me so that's a win in my book!

Staff very helpful and attentive. Location was clean. Theater seats comfortable but don't recline. Great surround sound. Restrooms were clean & well stocked

I went and got the unlimited pass and I enjoy coming here, I pay 23.99 for unlimited movies at any and all regal locations so that I'm not restricted to this one location but I do enjoy going to this location. Good nachos, popcorn is good and I like the freezies/icees
