Slowest place ever!!!! Staff is rude and acts like they hate the world and I’m not sure why it’s so slow bc all the staff is doing is just sitting around doing nothing..I’ve waited over an hour just for someone to look at my arm to tell me nope you don’t have TB !!! Avoid this place at all costs
I usually don’t write reviews but this time I had to share my expierence. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. I have been here before and it use to be like everyone was in a bad mood. I was able to get in and get out. I use to have to wait for like 2 hours. Today I was out in less than an hour. Thank you from the front desk to the Dr. that saw me. Much improvement!!!
Dose not keep appointments so just be ready to wait and don’t expect to be seen on time. I got there at 9am on 06/05/23 was seen 10am on 06/05/23 so why have appointments.
They have very welcoming staff , everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Very informative and professional, and I missed my appointment and they was still able to get me seen. I only sat in the waiting area for like 30 min total.
Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to bed fitted for some masks because, "oh, it's walk in. You don't need an appointment." I want my time back! That's pathetic. I'm surprised this place has even three stars. Get your act together. Make appointments! Get people in and out!
The experience was great they conducted business in a timely manner I recommend using Stephanie,sherelle, and shaikh these three ladies made sure my visit was comfortable and completed in a timely manner
Some staff is unprofessional and doesn't listen, lies to make themselves look like they didn't mess up the process.
This is my third time at SRCH and the staff are great! Super friendly when you first walk in, especially Casey! You don’t wait long before they take you back! The facility is clean and they are taking health precautions very seriously. The health of patients is their number one priority and I feel comfortable coming here!
Their office in Greenville sewed up the injury. Company Tried From the beginning of the injury to contact these people but they never returned calls to employer and it was time to remove stitches Waited 2 hrs. In the waitng area for them to call to verify payment. This was a horrible experience with this office.
Staff and providers provide lousy service. I had to wait well past my appointment time to be seen. The mannerisms of the front desk staff was sub par. They displayed no level of concern. It's pointless to setup an appointment at this establishment. You will still wait the better part of an hour to be seen. They do not respect or value your time at all. I feel as though they discriminated against me. A lady with a later appointment was called back before me. This place is despicable. I strongly advise you to stay away!
