Bank froze all my accounts and customer service support, Letida and Kinya were unprofessional and rude and wouldn't help at all. No way I will continue to do business with this bank and plan on changing banks at this time
I just open a new account recently. I talk to and I was instructed and advised to call between 9-12 by a young, very nice woman who I saw at the Pascagoula branch on Friday evening of January 20. I called this morning at 917am on Saturday, January 21 but the second woman I talked to was very rude to me. While telling her what I needed concerning my new account issue she had a bad attitude and then She Told me she have to deal with somebody else and call back another time if I need anything else.

Had account issues had to wait more then fifteen minutes because two of the employees were busy with their social talks
Went into the bank and there was a customer who had her dog on the counter while doing her business! Teller looked annoyed but obviously they allowed it. I left and went through the drive thru instead!
Worst bank I have ever dealt with. I am definitely finding another bank the things they have put me through should be illegal and I would not recommend this place to any other person. Just ridiculous. I would rate this less than 1 star if possible.
Got to the bank 45 minutes before they opened. Waiting in the car for them to open at 9am. When they opened the door he wouldn’t let me into the lobby and said the lobby is closed. There should have had a sign up. Then I had to drive around and wait in line another 30 minutes before getting to the window. This was rude because he new I had been out there the whole time. Just because I waited 45 minutes for the lobby to open didn’t mean I wanted to wait another 45 minutes in line to get to a drive thru teller. There is only 2 drive thru lanes open with 3 available plus one more for the ATM lane.
Thinking about changing banks only one branch near me, in Pascagoula other you have to drive to Ocean Springs, also the one in Pascagoula atm machine seem to down every week, so inconvenient
I went into the bank to take some money out and was given a fake bill I asked noticed shortly after walking out that it was fake , so I go and show the teller that she mistakenly gave me a fake bill that they must not have noticed it and was denied any real money DONT go here they will still from you !!! Worst bank around
