This is Bandit The staff at Rehoboth Animal Hospital are AWESOME everyone is professional I was very pleased with their service . Sadly on December 26 2022 Bandit unexpectedly passed away we were are heartbroken But he continues to be in our hearts. We will continue to take our other piggies if need be to Rehoboth Animal Hospital where we know the staff is kind and compassionate.
Just moved to the area and so far, very impressed with RBAH. They were accommodating when we needed to change our visit date and the vets and technicians were very friendly.
Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital has seen all our family cats. The environment is very friendly, staff is amazing and caring. Doctors are very gentle and thorough when explaining the examinations and what follow up care our pets need. Timely follow up appointments are always sent via text or via mail on a lovely post card. Just a great place for my pets to go to!! Thank you for all you do!!
I always had good experiences taking my cat to this animal hospital. When we had to put my senior cat to sleep because he had kidney failure, they were very compassionate. When we decide to adopt s new cat we will use them for it's care.
Yesterday I lost my pet rabbit suddenly, and she had to be placed down. But the vets here were so nice. It was my first time loosing a pet and they were very understanding and helpful. They gave me prints of her ears and a small bottle of her fur. Would give more than Five stars if I could. Thank you for helping my fur baby during her final moments
We just wanted to send a special thank you to our favorite team of Dr. Prettyman & techs, specifically Victoria & Nick, who were so helpful in quickly working us in and checking out our boy to see what his unknown health issue was this week. Everyone’s concern and follow up was so appreciated! We are working hard to get him back to being his smiley self and it is beginning to work. We are ever so grateful for you all! We believe RBAH is absolutely the very best!
I have had pets my whole life, but no vets compare to the service I receive at Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital. My cat was recently diagnosed with cancer. From the time of diagnosis until the time she passed, all three doctors worked with me. I could text daily and get responses of what to do to manage pain and keep my sweet Molly comfortable. They sat with me as she passed and made my whole experience while beyond sad and devastating a beautiful memory. I could not more highly recommend this facility. Everyone makes you feel like family, and as though your pet is also loved by all of them. With my whole heart, RBAH, thank you so much for everything you did for Molly and our family. We will continue to see you with Greyson and future pets.
We are new to Rehoboth. We have retired from New York, with 6 cats…3 of which are on meds. So, you know that our concern was finding a great Vet … one that would be comparable to our NY Vets. Well, we did! One of my cats, PJ needs Phenobarbital so he is the first one I made an appointment for. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful office staff, vet tech and vet. It was a NY experience for sure They continued to win my heart when one of my other cats Sammi became ill. They took her with PJ and again two days later. Called with her blood results and a plan. What a professional, kind and compassionate group. If you love your fur babies, which I’m sure you do, Rehoboth Bay is the place to go for professional and compassionate care.
Such a shame this practice is all about money..not helping the animals- providers and staff waiting DAYS before they call with results that need antibiotic treatment… And it happened twice—god forbid your pet gets hurt or sick on a Friday! The staff is inconsiderate and ineffective— and the providers obviously don’t have the time or compassion for as many patients as they take on…but they DEFINITELY have time to get your payment! Please search elsewhere for care for your fur-babies!
