Grew up here and left 20 years ago. Now that I am back, this park has changed soooo much yet, it's still the same Home.
Fun place to visit. Boardwalk, good food and more.
I like it there, my neighbor are good people and everyone minds there own.. it can be a little hard with all the rent and extra fees, but I’m glad we are still there and we were told we have one of the cleanest places there which goes a long way... they aren’t out of available spots regularly for a reason
I lived there and I loved it! Super convenient, but also away from the ruckus of the main road. Rehoboth was 12-15 minutes away, but I could go to local stores if I did not feel like driving that far. It is a gorgeous neighborhood with respectful staff! The staff was always very nice and security patrolled like clock work to make sure the neighborhood was safe. I especially enjoyed the cute little private beach in the back of the community. After a long day of work in the summer I took a dip here and there. With the units, I would say look for an all electric setting so that you do not incur the high gas costs. I also had FIOS, so I was satisfied especially with the fact that other places I've lived did not offer fits at all! The only drawback for me was winter. The snow was a beast. The community is somewhat off of the main road and we did not always get proper plowing in the community. However, many of us banded together to help each other out and we did have local trucks come through so that we were not completely stuck. I would definitely rent again if I were to move back to DE.
I love this place I've been living here for 5 years I have very nice neighbors and it's quiet most of the time At Christmas time people really Decorate and it looks so pretty
Not impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds or the upkeep of the trailers there. Would not move there unless it was an absolute last resort. People aren't the nicest either. Had a lady I did work for and went above and beyond for her yet she didn't feel I was worth it so never got paid. Won't be back there ever if I have anything to do with it
The staff is very friendly.. They have a gate on the entrance and cameras. A great security constantly driving around. Is a safe place to live, clean and has a fair rental price.
A lot of heroin in there. Very ghetto, would not recommend. They always run across the field nd try to flock in Mariners cove. Twice I've had dopefiends from there try to get into my crib.
