KettleBell Classes and Certified Personal Training (by Appt.)
What is Renaissance Fitness? An intimate, group fitness style one hour class.
Participants will use a combination of traditional kettlebell exercises, old school body building moves and body weight exercises. The result being a cardiovascular and whole body workout!
Are the workouts hard? Yes! And you will get 100% of what you have to give.
The classes are always a blending of genders, age, experience and fitness levels. Everyone and anyone can walk in and try a class.

*** Before participating in your first kettlebell class, EVERYONE will need to complete a FREE 30 minute intro to kettlebell class. This will allow for proper training and time needed to understand kettlebell concepts and perfect FORM! Call Chris to schedule your intro class! ***
