The staff is great. My daughter sees Dr. Wilhelm there. He is a great dr. He has went above and beyond to help my daughter. He helped us when rheumatoid school wasn't wanting to give her an iep when she has adhd and dyslexia. He has spent alot of his time to make sure she not only gets great medical care but also that she gets the education she deserves. There should be more drs. Like him.
There is someone you never want to meet at this place his name is Mike fair. He is not fair at all. I like the staff but I would never want to see this man face to face. One sided and he just lives to pick family's apart. He starts at your first interview he uses his education to evaluate your case. He then takes sides, he is a good person to have a heated conversation with about your life. He is a good way to lose any type of relationship with your child.
First impressions are everything. and I wasn't impressed by someone giving me his own diagnostics because he thought he was smarter than me .They told me I wasn't Bi polar because I wasn't having manic Episodes.Then tells me I should go to sacred heart knowing I don't have my meds for my mental health needs they won't take me without I almost walked out but stayed never went back .oh and they told me they specialized in trama therapy not true I felt like I was being interegated by the cousler I do not recommend this place .one worst experience I ever had afterwards this cousler called me to ask why I said no appointments at this time.i said I am done with you guys and this was my first appointment
I have made vast improvements in my life over the last 3 yrs. This would not have have been possible without the support and guidance from Joan! Front office staff is amazing as well!
Meghan is great! Office manager needs to go! She has no idea how to interact with people! Because of her rude behavior, I refuse to go back. She's not a nice person!
This is truly an amazing place. I was nervous when I first made the appointment, but quickly realized that they actually care and want to help you. My clinician was Mark Lauzon, and I cannot recommend him enough. He is a amazing individual and has helped me immensely.
My family loves this office... They are kind, compassionate,and very professional. Not to mention awesome at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone looking for counseling...

No words can really describe how much I enjoy my time spent with everyone here. I feel like I'm at home and with family and friends.
My only ride to appointments are supplied by my insurance company through Logisticare. And logisticare has been screwing people over and getting them dropped by doctors because they neglect to find rides. Well that’s what happened with Renewal. I missed appointments and explained multiple times what was going on and I was told I needed to fill out an appeal so they could review whether or not I would be dropped. That was on the 17th of December.. I’ve called about 2-3 times a week since then to try and find out what was going on. Constantly told they would call me back and never did. So on the 3rd of January I’m informed that they refused my request and I’m being dropped. However after I called CMH to try and get referred elsewhere, I’m told I can’t go anywhere else until renewal closes my case, which can take weeks if not MONTHS. I have bipolar, schizo affective disoder and borderline personality disorder and these people have screwed me over on TRYING to get mental health and be medicated... they deserve zero stars!
