For years i've had chronic shoulder and neck pain and get the worst knots. I have been to many massage therapists who have helped; however, Tiffany is exceptional. She gives the best massages! You can tell she knows what she's doing and believes in it as well. I'm so thankful to have found her.

I had a session with Tiffany & she did a fantastic job! She took all my needs into consideration and helped alleviate a lot of pain I was feeling. Thank you so much, will definitely be coming back!!

Both therapists there are so incredible. I have gotten massages from both and always enjoy my time there.. It is very hard for me to relax and this is the only place I have ever been to relax enough to even FALL ASLEEP! I always feel comfortable being there, a massage can be a little awkward maybe that is just me! but these ladies are great and make me feel so comfortable in their space and presence. The rooms are decorated so well and very inviting. The location is quiet and serene. Both are so great at checking in and asking what you need as far as pressure, problem area's, etc. I would 10/10 recommend and I do to all my friends/family! You will not regret booking an appointment!!!!

This was my first massage, I did 75mins with Tiffany and it was great! The office and room were very relaxing and inviting. I would definitely recommend Tiffany and Renewed Spirit for your massage needs!

Sasha is so kind, I always feel very comfortable with her. She has been successful at working out the muscle that's pinching my sciatic nerve during pregnancy. I've only seen her for prenatal massages so far, but I will continue seeing her anytime I need!

I had an exceptional massage with Tiffany! She was welcoming and her style of massage was amazing.
