CANCELLATIONS
Sometimes plans change at some point, so we get it. Please kindly let us know 24 to 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION FEES
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 to 48 hours notice, you will be charged the service amount half of which will be refunded at next visit.
If you “no show” for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
Clients who have “no show” for appointments will be asked to prepay towards their visit when booking future appointments.
All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed through text/call or facebook
** no charge of no show or cancellations fee will take place when death in family occurs or for tragic weather.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling can’t be done the day of or 24 to 48hr before appointment. This appointment will be declined.
TARDY
If you arrive late, we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service fee.
FILLS
If you wait more than 4 weeks to get a fill we will need to book you for a returning client full set as most people’s lashes last 3-4 weeks.
