Hands down the best print shop and BEST customer service I have ever experienced in the last few weeks. I travel for a living and always need stuff here and there as far as paper work. And I felt very welcome and they were happy to help me. And got exactly what I needed precisely and quick ! They also have a Awesome example of their print and embroidery work as well which is awesome for references. I live in Houston Texas but I had such a good experience today I’m going to give her my business for my new business cards and company hats and tshirts since I’m now operating my own company. Thanks RPS!!
Excellent work by this store! We needed to upgrade our signage to something other than cardboard, and Sherry with RPS came through with flying colors. They were able to use our artwork to craft sturdy plastic signs that will last us years to come. Highly recommend this shop!!

Great service and excellent print quality. At the last minute, we needed a poster for a conference in Tahoe. I was flying in from out-of-town. I emailed Reno Print Shop the day before my flight, and it was ready ready when I arrived. Sherry Guzman was a big help to make sure the poster printed correctly and was ready on time.
Diana was amazing. Sent a request at 11pm on a Sunday night just as I touched down at Reno Airport. By 9am she had replied, asked for the files and all my documents for my trade show were with me in 2 hours. Never received such amazing service from anyone, and I've used a lot of printers around the world. High quality print as well. Would HIGHLY recommend.
Reno Print Store has been great to work with. Their products and services are high quality and they have been great at communicating with me through the order process. Sherry didn't let me slip through the cracks as they waited for me on some approvals and would offer friendly reminders that the ball was in my court and they were standing ready to assist once I was ready. I would highly recommend them to anyone with printing needs.
We have used Reno Print Store multiple times now for company apparel. We really love how they are prompt with getting back to us regarding pricing and ordering. Diana in particular was so helpful this time around with helping us find comparable apparel styles when our usual styles were on back order. The first time we used them we received our order and the colors were slightly off, they fixed it quickly and easily. We recommend Reno Print Store for your apparel needs not only because we feel it is important to buy local but also because, they are well priced, very friendly, and the quality of their products is excellent.
For the third year now I've trusted Reno Print Store to produce my annual "fine art wall calendar and guide to the night sky" and once again they've knocked it out of the park. This calendar is a huge part of my business, and without RPS's attention to detail I'd probably be a nervous mess over it, but I know that they've got my best interest at heart and are as committed or more as I am to making sure my products turn out perfect. Sherry and the team always go above and beyond and I can't recommend them highly enough!
As someone who works for a school, being able to give quality and personalized gifts to staff is very important to the culture and climate and price point for that many gifts is important to my pocketbook! Sherry at Reno Print Store was outstanding with communicating and in helping me come up with a creative and practical gift idea that fit in my budget and timeframe. We needed quite a few flyers printed with short notice. The crew at Reno Print Store not only accommodated us, but had them ready a day early.
