EVA one of the managers,  is absolutely the most rudest and most disrespectful individual I have ever meet! on top of that if your ONE day past the due date they willl HARASS you with phone calls which is so annoying. Please DO NOT do business here .. listen to the reviews

The harassment from your company is wild. I pay every time on time and there is one incident where I can’t because of an issue with my bank account. And I get 42 phone phones calls a day and house visits. I will never recommend a soul to this place.

EVA is absolutely rude. I went in to sign a new agreement and while I waited I could hear EVA rudely talking to customers. I would never recommend anyone to go there as long as she is an employee there. Marcus I would give 5 stars but he was not there at the time so I took my services else where. EVA for sure looses them a lot of customers/money.

I placed my order online made my down payment then scheduled my delivery. On the date the website says my delivery date was set for I was told that date wasn’t guaranteed and that I would have to wait an additional week to receive my order because they were booked. I was still expected to pay the full amount due even though it would be close to two weeks since the order was placed before I got the items. I was then told I should’ve came in store to place the order even though online ordering is an option. I ended up cancelling my order because I wasted time and money waiting on my order even missed a few hours of work. I was never notified of any mix ups and if I wouldn’t have called the store I would’ve never known that I wouldn’t be getting my items. I requested cancellation which has not happen yet and was told It would be 3-5 business days before I was refunded. It’s a very unfortunate situation but most likely was better in the long run to buy a bed cash instead of making payments.

Everyone is always super nice and very helpful. The quality of merchandise is fantastic!

Manager has a nasty attitude. I signed an agreement online with an agent. They have all this extra paper work they want you to do later. They should include that online as well. Why is it available if everything isn’t? Manager also never followed up. I purposely never called to see if someone would call me back. Would not recommend. Take your money for an “ approval and reservation “ but want you to add everyone in the house to the agreement. If I wanted to ADD everyone. I would’ve did a joint agreement. Stupidity at its finest. Very condescending tone. That’s not how you conduct business.

I applied for a washer and dryer online and got approved with nothing down and then setup my delivery date but when that day came they were a no show so I called them only to be told by Eva that I had to pay over a $100 before they would bring it out.When I asked about the online deal she said the store has the final say in everything.I was suppose to get them on 1-24-23 and now today 1-30-23 they have tried to take out a payment twice for something I don’t have

I love my couch but customer service is terrible. We enrolled in auto pay so every 5th week is suppose to be free but everytime our 5th week comes around the payment is still taken out. I would usually call to remind them of our 5th week but then I was told they would put it in the computer so I didnt have to call, and when the free week came around it was still taken out and caused my bank to overdraft on multiple occasions. And we had to pay a fee!!! Im paying off my couch in the next couple of weeks and we will never get anything there again. 5 star is the way to go!

Absolutely disgusted with the experience i had at this rent a center. Had a couch delivered this past saturday and the movers destroyed my walls the 2 of my door frames and scuffed my hard wood floors in a house i just recently bought. The 2 movers refused to admit they needed another hand and damaged my home in the process on top of tearing the back of my couch up. Called to talk to management and have yet to recieve a call back.

Marcus and Van are very good at their jobs. And always welling to help out their customers. They have help my family many times for what ever products I was looking at and ended up getting 99% of the time.
