Rent A Wheel Spartanburg

This is a RIP off. They are unprofessional and dont know what they are doing . They sold us the wrong wheels and they wont fit the truck. And they wont give us any kind of refund. Then this pos argued with me about. We sat in their shop from 11am to 5:15 PM for tires that this man couldn't even get the bolt patterns right. You will pay 4 times what the tires are worth and they are not worth it. They are way over priced. The staff Obviously isn't train . They tried tell me we changed the bolt patterns on the truck. Honestly come on now. Dont blame others for your mistake. That's life 101. This place is RIP off . RUN , RUN FAR FAR AWAY. After returning the tires they still charged my son. This place is unreal not a good place at all.

Tt and Chelsea truly elevated my experience. I was unsure of my options and they helped me throughly understand every aspect of the rim rental experience. Not only was the customer service excellent, the selection was impressive and the store was super clean. I also returned with a friend about a week later and spoke with Mr. James and Jalissa who were absolutely amazing too. Such an amazing staff. Would recommend.

The service was truly a 10/10 experience. Employees Mr James and Tt were such a great help to finding the perfect fit for my desired and needs of my car. Not to mention the outstandingly impressive selection and organization. Most definitely going to come back for future services!

I throughly enjoyed my experience while looking into renting rims for my new car. The store was very clean and organized. I was immediately welcomed by a young boy who was working on the floor. The manager was also super helpful. I would highly suggest this place to anyone on the market for new rims or tires.

Went in today wanting some rims and tires but wasn't sure about which ones to go with. They helped me immediately and made my decision much easier. They answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with my decision before leaving the store. Very satisfied with the whole experience today. And love my rims!

Went into the store on today really just browsing around. My interest was not to get rims or tires . But the staff Jalissa , James and TT welcomed me into the store with open arms, smilen faces and a nice and neat store. They were all well mannered and very PROFESSIONAL. When I do consider some rims or tires i will definitely be back and will make sure I send people your way ‼ Spartanburg rent a wheel ROCKS !!

Very friendly helpful people.. They had a lot of people out today helping at other locations but they called their tire tech and he came in and put 4 rims and tires on for us .. Great place

I had a wonderful experience here! James and Tt really went out their way to help me choose the rims best fit for my vehicle. If you guys are wanting to change up the style to your vehicle stop in and let them help you out. You will not regret it!!!

Well the .one in Spartanburg doesn't get a single star. I spoke with them for well over a week , booked a weekend appointment then drove 45 miles for absolutely nothing, except attitude. For instance thew they said I could not come in without a mask , its the law. But there was other people there and employees without them. So I drove an hour and twenty minutes to Charlotte and they had exactly what I wanted and really went above and beyond to satisfy my vehicle needs. Spartanburg said they didn't have my size in stock, nor Charlotte. Thank you Charlotte Rent a Wheel. You've restored my faith in humanity, after all I had all but given up after my early experiences. The Charlotte location would need 10 Stars , I would very highly recommend and I would even go as far to say , even if there's a location around the corner from your home, drive right past and go to Charlotte Rent a Wheel. I'm extremely satisfied.

Chelsea is amazing she quickly and easily helped my family find the perfect AFFORDABLE rim and tired set that matched my suv .She went above and beyond to make us comfortable while we had the tires installed. I would highly recommend make sure you ask for her !!! She will definitely look out for you!!!
