SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. I ordered a new mattress online and filled out all the papers, scheduled for it to be delivered today between 3-6. It becomes 5:45 so I’m wondering what’s going on. I call the office and they said “we didn’t have time to go get your mattress today and you have to finish some papers” mind you, this is 5:45 on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. NEVER received a phone call stating they cannot deliver my mattress, OR that I needed to finish any paperwork. But apparently it if you order on a certain day or time they don’t get notified at the store. So I called to cancel my order and the rudest lady answers the phone giving all me attitude for canceling my order. Be weary when going here. We got a washer and dryer from them and everything was great. I don’t know what changed but it was not a pleasant experience.

Untrained staff and an outdated way of verifying where you work and live. It takes two seconds to check paystubs and any lease,bill,or your ID card for that matter. Not sure I want to wait another 5 days for my item and will get a refund.
I owe them money, they're very persistent, yet they somehow manage to remain very polite and courteous. They're also the retail equivalent of Dog the Bounty Hunter. They will find you sooner or later. Would rent from again.
worst place ever!!! started off good, they bug you a day before and day of payment to make your paymentsheesh. customer service is horrible!!!! i got a bedroom set in Nov and delivery and set up went as planned then i moved to a new home and informed the company and went in store to do a address change and this company actually came and moved my set from my old home to my new home and that went fine, I found a new set from a different company and asked rent a center several times to pick up their set from my home this went on for almost two weeks i scheduled a pick up the first time and then had to call them and remind them to pick up set and had to schedule a new time and then I was called in to work and had to reschedule so I called Marcell and he had the wort attitude and was unprofessional which is so unacceptable! finally we worked out a new date and Marcell called me and said that the movers were outside of my home and I called him back and told him that the movers were NOT outside of my house and he says that we are at and he read old address I asked him why would they be at my old address and your movers moved my set to my new address, he then says "so you moved your set " in a very rude way again unacceptable no Marcell your movers moved my set to my new home and i filled out a new address form" this location is the worst and so unorganized the customer service is the worst and on top of it all no ones knows anything all this location is good for is calling harassing you about payments before you are even late! a customer service refresher is in need asap! I will never refer anyone again to this location!!!!!! i wish it was something lower than one star to give!
Well they sure are happy to help you find what you want. Low low low man if you need to you can furnish your whole house.
Very cool and respectable people...ask for Marcell or James..they will make sure that you leave this store with a smile and they sit down with you to explain any and everything that you may not understand...they also help you to stay within your budget so there will be no stress on you when its time to make comfortable payments. Their goal is always to make sure you OWN your merchandise and not just RENT. Thanks and excellent job to James and Marcell
Terrible experience. extremely rude, I was going to get furniture with them but the manager Raphael is RUDE very inconsistent doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Extremely unorganized place. Save your money and go somewhere else
Worst place to do any business with. They lie all the time. They do not contact you back even after countless calls. I will never recommend this location nor ever do any business with them again.
