Dr. Fiorillo always treats me with care and compassion by listening first, examining second and then offering easy to understand and appreciate diagnosis and treatment plans. His manner and methods always leave me feeling better following an appointment or phone conversation.

Dr Timothy Fiorillo D.O. has been my primary family physician for four years now and I welcome the opportunity to express my appreciation and recommendation of him for his excellent service. His manner has always been friendly, personable, positive and encouraging. At the conclusion of each exam, I’ve left with a feeling his questions and advice have been comprehensive, not only because of the knowledge he conveys, but also because his been a very good listener and that he asked insightful follow-up questions that assures me he’d understood and addressed all aspects of my concerns. He also provided me specific questions for me to ask my other medical providers, for example the ophthalmologist, that helped assure all medical advice I’d received would either comport else bring to light something to address with one another. He has given deference to the knowledge of other specialists, such as a urologist, to help assure that all subtleties of a potential condition are captured and get addressed as comprehensively as they deserve. So in summary, I highly recommend him. And PS, he also maintains a very congenial supporting staff.

Best experience I've had with any Medical Practice thus far. All the staff has been exceptionally kind and understanding. Lindsey Dr.Anderson is knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Very happy that I was able to come to this practice.

Always there to help! I love Dr. Anderson and the office team. I will never go anywhere else. All of my health concerns are completed at this one office and I only have to see one doctor. This is a really great doctors office. A great atmosphere and staff that are there to help. Dr. Anderson is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She genuinely listens to any concerns I may have and works with me to figure out the best solution. She also goes above and beyond to ensure whatever I need is sent through the right channels to be covered by my insurance. Which is unlike previous offices I've been to who don't double check insurance coverage and end up leaving me with a large out-of-pocket payment. I'm incredibly lucky to have found Renzi Medical. I would recommend this practice to anyone especially those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, etc. who are having trouble finding a doctor who will actually listen to their concerns and not belittle their feelings.

I am fairly new to the practice. Lindsey Anderson is my practitioner. I liked her right away. I have a fairly complicated medical history. She spent quite a lot of time with me on that first visit as she addressed each issue. She has done the same thing at my 2 subsequent visits. I tend to send her emails through the office email. I always get answers. I am very glad that I found her and this practice.

Doctor office confirmed they accept my insurance then months later sent a bill claiming that they didn't accept my insurance and wanted $160 out of pocket. I would avoid this doctor like the plague. The person I spoke with on the phone were rude and unwilling to admit fault. Would definitely not go here under any circumstance.

I’ ve seen many doctors in my time but never have I had a doctor so thorough and kind. Dr. Fiorillo really cares about his patients. He explains everything in a way that you can understand. He requests back ground info to make sure he has the FULL picture of what he is dealing with. He always tells you the truth with out sugar coating it but has a unique way of making you understand its coming from a place of deep genuine care. All doctors make me nervous; I am a person of color and i have experienced bad care due to this but With Dr. Fiorillo I feel safe and I feel like a person. All I can say is God bless him and those that work at this practice, they bring light to a world that needs it,

Absolute worst doctor around. If you have ADHD or anything similar do not go here. If you depend on regular prescriptions don't count on them to get them to you in time. Every time trying to refill a prescription they'll leave you hanging for at least a week without your medicine. And they don't care that you're suffering without it. I would give zero stars if I could. The experience here has been absolutely miserable.

This office is delightful to visit. Bright, clean and well kept. Everyone is always pleasant, professional and polite. Dr. Tim and staff treat you as if you are family. They care about you and it shows in how you are taken care of. They have early appointments which makes it very easy to see the Doctor without having to take time off from work. They make it easy!!! Even getting needles doesn’t hurt in this office, it’s amazing!!! Thank you everyone!! Kris Novack
