Floating Tips
Avoid Stimulants and large meals before floating.
If you need to, use the bathroom first.
Remove jewelry and contact lenses.
Insert ear plugs if desired, make an effort to rinse out ears after float if you don't.
Keep a wet washcloth near the tank door in case you get salt in your eyes. (prevent this by not touching your face)
Shower Thoroughly before your float, please wash off all makeup and lotion.
If you have any cuts, scrapes, or severely dry skin; coat them with petroleum jelly to avoid stinging.
Carefully enter the tank and close the door.
Lie back with your feet towards the door.
Turn the stars off using the button that would be to the left of the back of your head.
You don't have to hold your head up, your ears will be under water, by your eyes will be above water level. If you find it hard to relax your neck muscle, our inflatable neck pillow may help.
Move your arms over head or straight, try to find a comfortable position to stay in, and the water will settle. Again, Avoid touching face!
Music will play when it's time to come out, you may want to turn on the lights.
Take a minute to come back to your senses before exiting the tank.
Carefully stand and allow the salt water to drip into the tank.
Rinse off in shower, don't forget about your ears.
