Now anyone can shop without a membership. The options are plentiful and the price seeded to be right on the money. Enjoyed walking around. Next time I will come prepared with a large cooler.
All your employs were busy attending customers or stocking up.I don't know what type of safety policy you have Pl. tell them to slow down just a little on fork lift for the safety of employees & the customers.Other then that all your employees were very nice & friendly Thank you guys keep up the good work.
I wish there was a way we can see the paper products as an example. We're not supposed to open packages but people do anyways and it makes such a mess.. Like the size of cups or lids or bags. Yes, I know the size is on the box but I think people like visuals. ‍‍‍
Since it opened in 2018, I have been a regular customer once to twice a week. RD has some unbeatable prices for commercial food. I have 3 businesses that use it weekly and it has helped with immeasurably with food costs.
Poorly managed, No customer service, poorly stocked. This store is ALWAYS a mess and VERY unorganized. You are more likely to get struck by lightning than to visit and find matching cups/lids of any sort. Not to mention, products are constantly moving and are always in a different place.
Nick the manager is not at all professional very low key need to have a better customer service! And learn to respect people!
Better than local grocery store... I always get my chicken and fish by the case and its reasonable. They even have kosher products. Love this place. Make sure to take a jacket, the walk in cooler is COLD and the jackets they have are for smaller people.
Nick is very unprofessional. He will kick you out the store. Do not go to him for any questions…very rude!
Manager I think his name was Nick! He was too busy talking on phone Instead of attending the customer and when asked for something he showed an attitude! Please learn how to be respectful!
To whom It May Concern, Nick, "the manager" as what he wants to be called, needs to change his approach to customers. When I asked him about the location of a specific item, he became very disrespectful by saying "If you do not hurry up or I will not check you out"
