Jennifer at Resting Place was such a blessing and help during the death of my Father. I was visiting from out of town and she worked with me while I was there briefly and followed up and all steps completed through out the process. I highly recommend her and her services.

I would like to thank Mrs. Jennifer who is the owner of Resting Place! She was understanding, compassionate & extremely helpful. My moms funeral was on Christmas Eve & she didn’t rush us out after the service or be rude to us even though I’m sure she was ready to leave! We searched plenty of places & we immediately felt comfortable once we sat down & held a conversation with her face to face. I even needed her haphazardly literally minutes before services started & she didn’t think twice, she helped with no problems. Thanks again for everything Mrs. Jennifer. We greatly appreciate you! Ms. Jennifer Robinson is kind, patient, professional, and compassionate. Our family is in good hands leaving the care and remains of our loved one with Resting Place Funeral Home staff. Ms. Robinson allowed our family to view our family member twice, out of appointment time, to give our niece a chance to say her goodbyes. Ms. Robinson and the staff we met were incredibly sympathetic, empathetic, and warm. My mother recently passed and I’m only 25, i knew nothing about planning a funeral. Mrs. Jennifer made sure my mom was beautiful, everything was beautiful from the casket, to the flowers to the obituary. She was a genuine soul and I’m happy we chose this place. I know if my mom was here, she would’ve loved her. There’s not enough in words i can thank her for everything she did for me and my family. I’m truly grateful.
I would recommend this place to anyone. Mrs. Jennifer and her staff were more than phenomenal with the passing of my mother-in-law. They are there with you from beginning to end in your time of need!
I had a friend in a nursing home recently pass from our new invisible enemy. As I say, "a friend"; I had no legal relationship with him. However, I was his only contact listed at the home and the hospital where he passed, so I was contacted to make arrangements. After some inquiry, I learned he had donated his body to science, so there was nothing I needed to do. It was then, our invisible enemy struck again. Because of the COVID problem, no body donations were being accepted anywhere. I contacted Kevin at Resting Place Funeral Home and explained my situation. I have known him a lot of years and they have done work for my family in the past. He connected me with his wife, Jennifer. I explained my situation once more and she assured me she knew the laws and procedures in such a case and she would handle everything. The same afternoon, my friend's body was picked up at the hospital, which was some 100+ miles from Resting Place. A few days later the body was cremated and ready for pick up. I only wish there were more than 5 stars to rate their service. Committed Compassion, is definitely not just a catch phrase with these guys. It is the real deal.
My family had the pleasure of working with Resting Place Funeral Home with the passing of my uncle. The staff did an excellent job and was very comforting during this difficult time. Everything was wonderful.
