After working a few years in the conventional healthcare field, Nalita has made it her life’s goal to transform her knowledge into positive outcomes for her perspective clients. With a keen interest in the natural sciences, Nalita inevitably left the conventional world of medicine in order to put her efforts into helping others see the benefits of naturopathy practices instead. Her therapies include the guided stretching (hatha yoga/ asanas), massage, addressing both nutritional and emotional upset, and trigger point therapy. She promises to apply her therapies acquired both intuitively and through traditional training methods to the betterment of her clients.
