I absolutely love my gorgeous carpet. However, initially there was a problem with the seam and now nearly a year later the matter still isn't resolved. I wish I could recommend them, but can't. Beautiful quality carpets, but installation and follow up bring the rating down for me.
We had a good experience with this business. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. If they didn't know the answers right off the bat, they were willing to find the right answers very quickly. The installers installed the countertop in a reasonable amount of time and did a great job. I had to make an adjustment to the countertop due to information I didn't provide in the first place. They were more than happy to come back and accomadate my requests. They are reasonably priced. Bottom line is they are a great business and I plan to come back for my next project.
I bought some tile and setting equipment for a tile entrie in my house. I was very pleased both with the quality of customer service they provided my, as well as with the quality of the materials I purchased!
I purchased some inexpensive carpet for rental home from them. They were easy to work with and the installer did an excellent job.
Unless you like holes and seams in your flooring as well as rude workers then by all means use these people.... I myself would never recommend them to ANYBODY. Just because they are pretty much the only gig in town does not give them a right to do whatever they want.
This store has a great array of products for you if you're to redo your home and carpet situation. They have friendly staff and a great selection.
Rexburg Tile and Stone has a wide range of quality products! Employees are kind and do their best to serve customers.
The owner is very informative. Anything to do with the flooring , they are your well priced and good service choice.
I could not be happier with my experience. Only place I will go for tile and grout. They exceeded my expectations.
