ORDERS
To place an order you will need to comment on the picture of the item you are wanting. In your comment you will need to put the size you need and your email address. I will then send you and invoice to pay to your email. Orders will be processed through paypal only! If you have any questions please message me.
SHIPPING
Our Normal Processing time is only 3 Business Days (M-F) PRIOR to shipment, excluding Holidays, unless otherwise noted. For example, you place your order on a Monday before 3pm (after 3 pm processes the next business day), your order processes for 3 business days (M-Wed), & ships early am on the 4th business day (Thurs).
EXCLUSION: There are certain instances where the product may be a custom order, pre-order, or a made to order piece, in which case, the processing time will be accurately noted on the product itself. Please kindly take note, that if your order contains pieces with varied processing times, we will process your order according to the furthest processing timeframe.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays, as we are not open during these times (certain exceptions may apply).
All orders should be recieved within 10 days of ordering!
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We ABSOLUTELY LOVE when our shoppers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied, we sincerely apologize and invite you to initiate a return with us.
You may request a return by email at [email protected].
Initial contact for damages/returns/refunds/exchanges must be made within 5 calendar days of order delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If a damaged/incorrect item is being exchanged, we will ship you the new product AND the return postage paid envelope at the same time for an even exchange, at no cost. If a damaged/incorrect item is being refunded, we will process your product's refund within 1-2 business days. Within 72 hours, we will email you a postage paid return label to return the defective/incorrect merchandise to our warehouse address. If you do not return the damaged/incorrect item within 8 calendar days after the receipt of the return envelope or emailed issuance of the return label, you will be charged for the cost of the return shipping automatically during your next order. (On rare occasions, we may just ask if you simply wish to keep the product to minimize the hassle for you.)
ALL OTHER RETURNS
If a product is being returned for an exchange and it is NOT a damaged or incorrect shipment, our shopper will be responsible for return shipment of exchanged product.
If a product is being returned for a refund and it is NOT a damaged or incorrect shipment, a store credit will be issued for the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs, & will be issued within 48-72 hours after we are notified of return shipment's tracking number via [email protected].
