I brought a friend there during the height of Covid. He had purchased a used car and he wasn't very savvy about getting it registered, insured, transfer of title, etc.  Rick and Ramona were extremely patient and kind. They couldn't have been more helpful.

I highly recommend Kowalsky Insurance. I have been with them for a few years and they are by far the best agency for all your insurance needs. I have spoken with Ramona, Rick, Nicole and Melissa, they have gone above and beyond each and every time. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and above all honest. Whether you call or go into the office, you're not just another client, you're like family!

Nicole Berger has taken care of my every auto insurance need and has been transparent in all aspects of handling plate transfer, deposit amount, monthly billing and any other question I may have asked her. If she didn't know the answer she knew how to get the answer which speaks volumes of someone's character in my opinion. I highly recommend Kowalsky Insurance!

This is the best insurance agency around. Someone wrote a review about bad customer service. I don't know what she was talking about, she couldn't be more wrong. Try them, they were a great help to me.

A fantastic place, they've taken care of me multiple times with any questions about my insurance and helping me the best they can to get the best quote possible.

Terrible customer service. Beware....they forge signatures, lose checks and they don't seem to care when confronted.
