Nice little cafe with made original classic American food. The name is inspired by the film Casablanca and the interior is decorated in classis Hollywood imagery. Service was good. The Buffalo burger I highly recommend. Their dressing are in house recipes. Average price. I would go back!
My aubergine sandwich was fine, but my dinner companion's chicken had the texture of a boot. The waitress had a horrible attitude. When I asked for the manager to come to the table to bring these two concerns to his attention, I was told by said waitress that he was busy making drinks and would come over when he could. We waited and waited and he never showed up. Not sure if she did not tell him we wanted to see him on purpose, or if he truly could not be bothered to speak to his patrons. And really, hire a bartender if you need someone to make drinks, eh? I would be amused if I wasn't so appalled.
I did not like the food here it was cold and not great also the waitress was not at our table frequently enough. but I've only came here once and I've heard good things from friends so I'd like to give it another shot
Poor service, food was very slow to come. Mac n cheese for my little one was disgusting, asked for plain pasta instead and was charged for replacement after credit card was already given ticket was adjusted and came back with a $5 higher bill, already charged to card. The table next to us ticket was "lost" in the kitchen. Poorly run and we are big supporters of local small businesses.
Had the turkey sandwich on a recent lunch visit. What a surprise, real turkey! None of the deli counter sliced turkey here. Roasted in house, it was great. Huge sandwich. I put the Cole slaw on the sandwich in place of mayo and it was great!
Sat at a table that shouldn't exist. It felt like we were part of the wait staff. Our view of the staff working 3 feet from our table. Food was good and portions large.
Generous portion in food and drinks . Just had a big glass of merlot and a huge portion of fries with garlic and parsley. Great staff , super attentive . Wish they served coffee espresso and lattes?
I loved it. It was probably the best meal I have ever had. You get 2 burgers for the price of one on Mondays and all you can eat ribs on Tuesday. I love the fruti di mar and pu pu platter.
Great burgers, fries, ribs, and key lime pie! Our favorite Chagrin Falls Restaurant! Patio dining is lovely.
