Ride with Pride Horsemanship School

We just finished a four-day long Buckaroo Camp. To any doubting parents out there, just know that Doreen runs a tight ship! She's been doing this for over 40 years and has plenty of experience. I was your typical worried mother with my daughter's first camp experience. Doreen gave our family a tour of the camp before our daughter started. She showed us all the safety features, what our daughter would be doing, and where to use the bathroom and get water. Our daughter had an amazing experience. She couldn't wait to go back each day. She was so worn out from the activities that each day she took a wonderful afternoon nap! We loved attending the rodeo at the end and our daughter came home with precious keepsakes, crafts, and photos. The counselors were friendly and patient with our daughter. I felt completely safe dropping her off every day. She would run back to the car at pick-up and tell me how happy she was and what a great morning she had. She already asked when she would go back and told us one day she wanted to be a teacher there. I would give this place 10 stars if I could, it was that wonderful of an experience.

My special needs daughter has been attending Ride with Pride for therapeutic purposes. Doreen, her team and of course the amazing horses have been instrumental in providing my daughter her happy space. She has regained skills and maintained skills she would have otherwise lost. We have always been welcomed , respected and made to feel like family. There aren't enough words for me to express how grateful and blessed we are to have our daughter be a part of this amazing place. Thank you.

Did camps here throughout my childhood. Made some of the best memories here that I will cherish forever. It’s been 17 years since I’ve been to Ride with Pride and I will never forget my time there! Definitely bring your kids here.

Attended a birthday party here and it was a great experience for my little one. Lots of activity options and enjoyed the ladies who worked with the kids for the riding experience.

Great horse camp for grandkids! Well organized and fun. The kids love it!

Every time that I have been to this camp the leaders there have treated me with respect and are very thoughtful They also treat their horses with as much kindness as humanly possible
