Ridgmar 13 + Xtreme

Went to see Belfast, and we really enjoyed the comfy recliners, the theater was clean, awesome sound system, and we'll be back here for more. The popcorn and pizza from Pizza Hut was overwhelming though! Good, but too much food for us!

Coming back from the pandemic the theater is opened. My family visited the theater to watch Sonic the Hedgehog. The theater lobby was clean as well as the theater. Some of the seats are worn and cracked. Disappointing in no refills on drinks and popcorn when other theaters nearby have free refills.

It's ok. Don't expect the seats to be replaced anytime soon. Bcuz all the stores have left the mall. Barely a few stand open. And the food court has only two restaurants. Everyone else has packed up and moved away. No doubt the movie theater will vanish in 3 years max. I suspect sooner. But whose counting? Pass me the pupkorn and let's see a movie before they vamoosh Sasquatchies

Manager was very rude and unprofessional when approached me about my wingstop bag, I do understand I was in the wrong but I am a frequent visitor of the Cinemark in Alliance Town Center, which they are very friendly and welcome me to bring in outside food, due to my son not being a fan of pizza and hot dogs which are some of the limited menu items. I will be sure to spend my hard earned money somewhere else, rather than deal with embarrassment in front of other adults. I do also recommend AMC dine in clear fork, where I love the many menu items and highly well trained professional staff, no one is above anyone, no matter the environment.

Even though we went to a late showing and showed up late, technically it was even after the concessions stand had closed, they still waved us over and happily served us everything we wanted. Most definitely appreciated that. Thank you! We hope to be back again soon!

Giving 4 stars. This place is a good place to see movies. They have select seating. The food is great and people are nice and friendly. Price is ok too. The only down side to this location is the parking lot isn't well lit, and walk path also. The lines take to long to get refills. , They should have a line for refills only. I waited 20 mins during my movie to stand in line to get a refill and missed part of my movie. But I would still go back. Down load App to get tickets in advance. . I posted pictures on this site.

Took my date to the theatre for the Tom Hanks movie "A dude called Otto". I had been to this theatre before, but my date had not. She was extremely impressed with the stretch-out reclining seats and suggested them for a quick nap. Huh? I went for refreshments and noticed there was a sign stating 'Refills currently not available.' Curious, I had to ask "Is this sign for the extra large popcorn?" Typically at other theatres this was the only item the free refills were offered. As they know once you finish the Xtra large Jumbo popcorn, you wouldn't ask for more. To my suprise the attendant said, "Free refills are offered on the popcorn and sodas." Then he pointed over to the soda machine facing the lobby, and says, "there's the refill soda machine if you are so inclined." Wow, breakin the rules for customer satisfaction! I LIKE IT! I told the attendant "I wont tell anyone." So YOU didn't hear it from me....Ok

Great place to go to watch movies...and I love the new thing of ordering your drinks and snacks ahead of time and they bring it to your seats...makes it feel like more fun somehow by being catered to lol

Theater was not cleaned before movie started. Popcorn and cups and dirty napkins were all over the floor and in the chairs. All aisles were like this and everyone attending the movie had to clean out their seats. It was brought to the attention of an employee but no one ever came to clean the theater. I was really sad to see it like this considering I love this theater and had been going there for years before theaters were shut down. Tonight was the first night I've gone back in over a year.

We booked for a private watch party and boy was it great. The staff went above and beyond when hitting a technical snag! I would definitely recommend! 5 stars for the staff and the movie.
