I went here to get a colonoscopy / endoscopy and they scheduled it. I had to pay out of pocket so I confirmed multiple times the amount was 1900. I called to check and the person working at the office said, yes, it’s 1900 for everything. The day before during my preparation they called to confirm the appointment. I confirmed again the final amount and they said no , actually theirs a doctors fee of 750 which they did not tell me about earlier. So now I had to cancel the appointment because I could no longer afford to pay out of pocket for it. Completely wasted my time as I revised my schedule around this appointment only for them to not inform me of a basic cost.

I had a colonoscopy procedure and everything went wrong, then i ended up at the ER and after that huge medical deductibles that i had to pay for it , they said they will not pay for that because it was not their responsibility . I hope this review help someone to get well inform about the Doctor they are going to pick.

The staff that was NOT helpful called me a liar when in fact they were lying. You should definitely go to another doctor that is more helpful. Have a great day everyone.

Office staff is horrible, rude and unprofessional. I could not verbalize my issue without getting yelled at and talked over. Absolutely impossible to schedule an appointment.

Excellent choice! I took my time and did my research. It's difficult to find an excellent doctor within my insurance network. The office staff work very hard and are very nice. Although they were booked solid, they were able to fit me in due to my issues much appreciated, thank you. The day of my appointment it was very little wait time. Rini Abraham took her time and went over everything with me after examination. She booked me for endoscopy procedure for the following week. Rini Abraham is very kind, caring and professional as well as knowledgeable. I recommend any one looking for gastroenterologist.

If I could give 0 stars I would...A typical visit with her consists of her making you wait 40 minutes if you show up on time for you appointment, her scheduling another appointment far out from your visit and then her quickly rushing you out of her office and sending you a bill. These people are absolute monsters to say the least... Office staff are incompetent sometimes and the doctor probably allows this culture to grow because she also does not care about patients *cough cough* customers. She is the kind of doctor that most people would like to avoid if they actually want to feel better.

I left this appointment feeling incredibly disappointed, rushed and unseen. I don't understand how this doctor has received 5 stars because they are truly not five-star worthy, I should've left after having to wait for 45+ minutes but wanted to give Dr. Abraham the benefit of the doubt. While being seen by her, it felt hasty, uninformed and I'm almost positive the nurse was supposed to run tests but never did. This experience with the doctor was messy, disorganized and simply, not good.

I waited for the doctor for over an hour. Once Dr Abraham finally visited me, she talked to me for 10 minutes max, probably less and didn’t really have advice for my stomach issue other than to avoid certain foods. The office billed my insurance $566 for this visit, of which I am supposed to pay $165. The bill is so egregious I didn’t believe it was really at first. Almost $600 for a less than 10 minute visit where I received zero helpful advice after waiting over an hour in a room alone? Patients beware! Medical pricing is not transparent and this is why millions of Americans go into medical debt.

When it was time to schedule a follow up visit with Dr Abraham, I shared with the staff that I needed the earliest appointment available because I travel by bus to work. The office staff, patiently checked for appointment times within two separate weeks and at the other location in Wayne. The earliest time available was 12:30pm. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at 12:20 and Danielle ushered me right in. Danielle took all of the preliminary information and even made mention that she remembered I needed to get to work. After she finished, Dr. Abraham entered the office in less than 5 min. to go over my test results. Dr. Abraham's summary of my results was thorough and clear. By the time my visit was through , I felt that Dr. Abraham and Danielle made my visit a 5 star experience. Thank you

I really don't understand who would not review Dr. Abraham as 4 or more stars. She's has a very nice personality and is very thorough and her attention to detail is spot on. I mean she really knows her stuff. She takes time with her patients to explain everything. I feel confident in her that i'm being well looked at. I would highly recommend her. Don't trust these 1 star reviews. T.Y.
