Rio Robles Mobile Home & RV Park

Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!!! Nice clean, quiet park at the back of the mobile home park. We weren't sure what it was going to be like but it's really really nice! There's access to the Guadalupe River walking path right from the park. Laundry facilities are nice and they have a very nice clubhouse.

Very nice, small, quiet RV Park. Management and residents are all very friendly and welcoming.

Quaint & quiet. A walking trail, fenced field for pets to get some exercise and a good sized community room with a stocked kitchen for those hosting an event sign up sheet posted. The bathrooms are very clean. They have an ' on your honor' library of books, DVDs and even VHS Ha! There were cute deer feeding around us, super sweet. The only con: The pool was not open when we were there mid May which was a bummer.

I have family that lives here. It is a Senior park and the seniors own it. There are excellent social interactions, crafts, and just good people. These ladies can cook...their Thanksgiving dinner last year was one of the best meals I have ever eaten.

I tour mobile home/RV parks all over the country and this is one of the nicest, cleanest, most friendly parks I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Great staff, an amazing area for pets and plenty of activities to keep busy. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Loved it!!!

Lived in this park for 16 years its the best lots to do and great people to share your time with. Its. Like one large family. I can't say enough good about our park. Walter Morrison

Made a reservation in advance, arrived, checked in, drove to the occupied spot and was told oh well, sorry. No notice that our spot was taken, no other spots available and no incentive to remove the rude 5th wheeler who was not supposed to be there. Will not return or reccomend.

Very nice dual community place. Managed well and everyone is very friendly. If you choose, they had activities going on all the time and the holiday meals are fantastic.

Wonderful place. Great location in Kerrville. Friendly community. They have good amenities and social events. We love staying there in our RV.

They had their yearly garage sale they had great bargains cheap prices and we made some great buys the seniors were so very sweet it was a blessing for all we bought!!!
