Let me start out with this: We are from Chicago, and my husband is 2nd Generation polish. The Polish scene in Chicago is amazing, and we typically shop at the delis, freeze it, and fly it home with this. We had high hopes when we heard about this new Polish Deli with a Chicago native as an owner. Though it may not be as big as other Deli's. This place had good stuff!! They had a Made to Order menu for your basic Polish staples, plus some other stuff. Also ready made sausage and frozen Deli items. Plus Polish Grocery. VERY good stuff!!!! Lives up to its name!! And that pizza is a Pierogi Pizza!
This was a little taste of home!! Being born and raised in Chicago and of Polish decent, my standards for Polish food is high. When we moved out to Utah, the lack of accessibility to Polish food was immediately felt. I am so happy we stumbled upon Rise!! My only wish is for them to expand and grow.
Amazing!!! Got my paczki for Fat Tuesday a little early this year. Fresh and delicious. I was drooling on my way home from the amazing smell. They offer lots of Polish food and treats. Can’t wait to come back for more :
You'll not find what RISE is offering anywhere else in the valley! I just love this place. The pastries, the sausages, the pizza, and the pierogi are perfect! The paczki are incredible! All I need now is for Giordano's and Portillo's to open stores in Salt Lake and it'll feel like home.
I moved here three years ago from Chicago and fat Tuesday was always a sad day for me. my dad always used to bring home paczkis in the morning. Today I found this place! Thank you so much for bringing authentic Polish food to salt lake City! Absolutely amazing would definitely recommend their food and pastries!
It’s a great Polish Deli right here in Salt Lake City! Probably the only one too, so that’s why it’s a gem. The food is typical Polish food tastes incredible, but might be odd for people unfamiliar with Slavic food. Love coming here for the food and groceries.
Tucked away, but this small polish market is pretty amazing. Their doughnuts paczki are quite good. Prices are fair and cheap in some cases. I will be returning in the future.
This place was a hit. The food is authentic and delicious. The pierogies are so good. The cabbage rolls are fantastic. First time going there today and we will definitely be going back.
This place is such a treasure. The progries were amazing and they have a great little shop with a good variety of Polish items.
New to SLC, got my packzki here this year! I must say they were the best packzki I've had outside of the place we would get them back in Michigan. It's nice to have a place where I can get my Polish fix and sort of feel like home!
