The librarians here are so helpful. If Rising Sun doesn't have the book that I need, they will retrieve it from another library in a matter of days. I always leave there with a smile. My grandchildren like the library there too. They both do the summer reading and enjoy it. Thank you all for all that you do and being a part of our community.
Always clean and tidy. Lots of educational toys for young kids, and book suggestions. The Rising Sun branch has a lot of free activities my kids love to attend. My son has been enjoying the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program as an incentive to read every day.

There was a Japanese drumming demonstration that was excellent. The kids loved it and even tried drumming.
Staff is beyond expectations, especially the main librarian. Very well clean and kept. Offers understanding on materials you may have a interest shown in; and library staff goes far and beyond to find missing materials for visitors to pick up even from other libraries throughout the state. I recommend. My favorite out of Cecil Libraries so far!!!
This branch is very friendly and helpful. I’ve been going here and borrowing books on and off since about 2008. They are always so nice and fun to talk to. I love it. Thank you for being awesome.
I love this library! The staff is very pleasant and never too busy to help. This branch offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a cozy place to read or browse for the perfect book to take home. Have taken the grandkids there for educational programs, as well as books and play time. They love this library, too. I'm looking forward to the reopening after the lockdown; I really miss this place and everyone who works there!
ive lived in this area for a long time, and im going later to look for mangas : i remember from the last time i went it looked nice inside, so its a 5 star from me :D
