OCPL serves the residents of Ohio County through life-long learning, information and literacy access.
We provide library services that include materials for circulation within the Library building, services for materials outside of the Library and life-long learning opportunities. We can escort your access to innumerable sources of information either within our collection or through inter-library loan, or via internet resources.
Our Mission is to serve the educational, informational and recreational needs of the residents in Ohio County.
