There is a racist employee at this store! My husband who is Latino and speaks English as a second language with a thick accent shared a very upsetting experience with me that happened this morning. The system froze when he tried to insert his card to pay, so the employee grabbed his card. Then, instead of handing it back to him after she swiped it, she threw it down on the counter aggressively. When he asked her why she threw it instead of handing it back to him, she replied that it wasn’t her job. He replied that maybe that wasn’t the best job for her and then said “your customer service sucks” to which she then replied “your English sucks!” I wish I knew her name but she was short and had tattoos on her arm. I am appalled and disgusted at this employee’s racist attitude and that Rite Aid employs people like this. She needs to be fired!  Update: I found out that the name of the employee who treated my husband like dirt is Inge. Apparently she is the store manager. I can’t believe she gets away with treating customers this way!

Just the rudest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Everything is a wait and then a big production .my meds are rarely in stock. Just nothing personable here,very clinical not friendly. Cheaper then cvs, but is it that much cheaper?

I love coming to this store, Inga and all my girls are the best, they take time to listen and that is the most important thing, this is why I send all my family and friends here oh the men to are very nice you have the best employee's most important is great employees my rate for this location is 110percent to me  store keeps us coming because the kindness great job you girls and guys!!!!!

Good prices, friendly, professional staff, quick service.

The retail side of the store has a lot to offer, prices are on the higher end as you would expect unless you are shopping the sales.  The pharmacy was a bit frustrating. I called and spoke with a male pharmacist or tech and he told my prescription was ready to come in now before lunch. I went in and was told my prescription was not ready.

Extremely clean and well organized store! I will be transferring my grandson's prescription to this store.

Inge store manager is the best asset rite aid has had in this store for a long time . Keep her and you keep my business . Inge the manager is very attentive, kind, and her store always be looking good .
