I came to this Walgreens to get my covid booster shot. This was the only Walgreens that had the Moderna which is why I picked this location. I made my appointment online so I would recommend that to speed up the process. They also validate your parking so don't worry about paying for parking. The people working at the pharmacy were really nice so just be patience with them and understanding because they are overworked. This Walgreens location look pretty decent inside, no items were on the floor and it's in a good area. I got my parking pass validate at the cashier near the back entrance. They also have a drive thru pickup for the pharmacy as well so I believe you can get your parking lass validate through there as well.

My husband and I came to get two vaccines and I couldn't resist pointing out how awesome Latasha at the pharmacy was! She was helpful, kind and super skilled and knowledgeable. Kudos, she's a great asset!!! Thanks again Latasha for your help today!

I’ve gave them my number and contact info and still they do not call to let me know my prescription is ready. When I tried calling to follow up I was left on hold for over 30 minutes. I've been going to this Walgreens in Encino on Ventura blvd for years. The store is ok for the most part. Not too clean in my opion compared to CVS. The pharmacy however is a whole different matter. It is is extremely slow and quite problematic. The people working the pharmacy is often very slow and I mean sloth like slow. No care about the other people waiting in line. There may be only one person In front of you standing at the window and you would be waiting 15 to 20 min just to drop off a prescription that I can pickup later. The so called drive through I will no longer us at least for dropping off prescriptions because the first and last time I used it they lost my prescription. When I went to go pick It up the told me I didnt have one there was no hard copy but I was in the system. Later, Walgreens found the prescription from my doctor inside their copier.

The Pharmacy specifically is literally the worst service ever experienced. On hold for ever with no updates, rude service, it is like they are going out of their way to be nasty. One star is too good, but no stars is not an option.

I must say hands down to MARISOL ,always greeting , good attitude u can truly see success. Upon helping Customers SHE HAS Always helped out my mother and father ,yet we see this from her often and just want to extend our gratitude. U HAVE MADE THIS PHARMACY CHANGE FOR THE BETTER THANKS . JUST GOTS TO GET RID OF HOMELESSNESS TRAFFIC.

After all these years I was a patient at your pharmacy yet after some time i started to notice a change in attitude Why do you act so messed up? It’s wrong to treat ppl with no respect and act out in pure ignorance to innocent ppl that just mind their own business I don’t understand why ppl are the way they are but it’s not right. Life is already so hard as issufferingall I want godwilling is a pharmacy of nice ppl that don’t look to destroy sensitive ppl. I’m blind in mylefteye and paralyzed in my feet for attempting suicide oct.19/2021 so they’re isint any ability of standing or walking so I’m stuck at home with no way to the outside just complete isolation that’s already a lot on my emotions. Just please understand my medications are very crucial in me taking them Bc my body gets sick in the most uncomfortable way it’s unbearable if I don’t take my meds.Farewell

Horrible pharmacy. Went for booster! Regrets it very much!! Where I could go close to where I live!!! They make you wait so long and very unorganized and lazy, very sad to what happened to this country!!!!!

Today they did the final straw. Ive been diagnosed with extreme lower back issues which causes me an extreme amount of pain. Just walking from A to B is a challenge for me at the moment. My doctor informed me that I will be needing another surgery to fix the issue im having with bulging discs. He then subscribed pain medication to help me live my daily routine until my surgery next month. So taking my prescription to the pharmacy to drop off I received a reply from the pharmacy that I wasn't expecting. First the girl behind the desk takes my prescription look and gives me a strange snooty look and walks away. She comes back and tells me that she needs to see my drivers license. I was puzzled and asked why. she stated that they alway ask for drivers license for that type of medication. I responded by that ive been going there for years and this was the first time they ever ask me for that. Then the pharmacist called me over , a tall African American gentleman, and said he won't fill my subscription. That in order for him to fill it it, I would have to have it written from a pain doctor. I haven't seen a pain doctor didnt know I had to. I got the prescription from my orthopedic surgeon but apparently that was valid. In the past 3 years ive had two other previous surgeries and never had an issue about this. He embarrassed me, treated me as if I was an addict that I was only there to get pain medication that according to the pharmacist I didnt need. So I took my prescription back wen to CVS which I had no issue on filling it. NOT EVERYONE IS A ABUSER........ So before you start judging better know your fact Walgreens. So don't use these guys strongly suggest. otherwise you'll just end up frustrated and find yourself at CVS.....
