I choose Rite Aid over another popular store which I used for 27 yrs. RITE AID Pharmacy is outstanding. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years now. No store or one employee can be the one overall reason for your choice. You have to take all consideration’s when choosing. I choose Rite Aid !

Was recommended to this location by a friend and honestly I can say I love this store. Rite Aid knows just what customers need and how to accomodate everyone. They could be just as busy and no one else could help me but I am never in a rush when it comes to my 20% Discount. Love it and hope Rite Aid continues with their amazing program.

Had a drive thru COVID test done on September 12 for work and was told that I would have the result in 72 hours. Today is Friday, September 17 and still no results. I called the lab and they have no information and was advised to call Rite Aid to see if the test was put thru. I was put on hold the 1st time and transferred somewhere else in which, I was transferred back to the pharmacy. I was placed with the pharmacist who was rude! She did not listen to my concerns and was talking over me like I was not there. I told her she was terrible and had no customer service skills. They should keep a record who they received tests from and the tests that were sent to be tested at the lab. DO NOT GET COVID TESTED AT RITE AID - they are unreliable and their staff is awful.

It is soooooo refreshing to meet really good & helpful people these days when corporate America is going to more and more impersonal automation and uncaring employee automatons. NOT SO at Rite Aid store #10635 in East Northport, NY thanks to pharmacist Victoria Shea. My wife and I went for our Moderna COVID booster shots today, and despite having several people waiting and doing 6+ things all at once, she was VERY COURTEOUS and ACCOMMODATING to our request as walk-ins. She was pleasant and interacted professionally with ALL the customers waiting for vaccine shots. A "REAL" CARING PERSON she is! What a wonderful experience today because of her. She deserves a raise and more ancillary staff. And, as a physician myself, I know just how challenging healthcare delivery can be. So please understand that my comments and praise carry even more weight because of this perspective. THANK YOU, Victoria Shea for making our day!!!

I just drove 2.6 miles in record time to get here just as they were closing. I really needed  couple of things. They let me in with my mask and a min to spare. The young lady  mgr? and young man cashier were very nice and helped me out more than they know, I'm sure! Good, friendly service is hard to come by these days it seems so, I felt it necessary to acknowledge these two and the store had just what I needed and looked good. Thank you and I'll be back 1st time at this location.

Love this rite aid !! Such friendly staff always there to help with a happy smile! Love the cashier they had working that day i think her name was debbie ! She is great ! Very friendly!!

Great place. Pharmacy is well staffed and they are so friendly and accommodating.

Good place for essentials. The prices are ok and the staff is friendly.

Rite Aid cashier so rude for customers, They don't like help customers. I piss off all rite Aid, because reason this location rite Aid workers so rude.I hate rite Aid.

Went there for some allergy help for my 9 year old daughter, the pharmacist behind the counter could not have been more helpful - thank you!!
