Especially during these continuing Pandemic times,  it is comforting to be able to breeze in & out of a thoroughly clean and uncluttered store with well staffed walk-up & drive-through pharmacy.  I was in & out in no time. I even stumbled upon a great deal on ice cream and brought some of that home just to chill.  Thank you RiteAid. You helped me get what I needed & to chill.

This review is for the one man show at the pharmacy. He is upbeat, positive, and juggling the phone, vaccine administration, prescription drop offs and pick ups, COVID tests, and I imagine more due to limited staff hours. If you find yourself here having to wait for a bit to be served, please be kind. This man is doing a phenomenal job and at times the job of at least two or three people.

Oscar at the I cream counter was EXTREMELY rude. Terrible customer service. We wanted cones with our ice cream and when we went up to the counter he did not greet us or say anything. We asked for a cone and said our flavors and he took out a cup and put one scoop in. I said louder over the glass that I wanted a cone. He said simply “no cones” and stopped at one scoop and asked what we wanted for the next one.. what? Oscar, why? Why? I just wanted some ice cream lol

Came in today around 1:30pm in the afternoon with my son for ice cream. Was ignored and not acknowledged. Left after waiting for 10 minutes. Why advertise ice cream if you don't want to sell it to paying customers?

Very unprofessional medical staff. Was waiting to be helped and the  Pharmacy technician was chatting up with this person talking about their kids. I waiting in line for over 10 minutes and nothing. Never again coming to this store. If customer service is something you seek, you won't find it here.

My daughter bought the wrong item for her child, we try to return it or exchange it for the correct item few hours of purchase.  We was told that with out receipt they they can't not do it.  But they offer to return it for Half of the price.  I walk out and went to Walgreens to purchase the item I needed

They always take a long time in drive thru . They work the slowest I have seen. They will see you drive up and walk away from window, then you have to ring bell to get their attention. Let’s not mention phone none ever answers box is always full I need to switch pharmacy

On April 4, 2021  was my last visit to this store. I had a really bad experince when the cashier ask for picture ID when trying to buy beer and I notice that only had my temporary driver license permit so she asked next cashier what to do? then she said thats not valid we need to see a picture. I repply this document have my info and is legal to drive and you refuse to sell me beer , I felt embarrassed in front of other people, One week later I got my picture in the mail but I will try not to come back this farmacy.

The two stars are for the pharmacy.  They are the only redeeming party of this store. They ate obviously overworked and busy, but they are helpful and knowledgeable.  The rest of the store is terrible.  They often have one cashier at the front with a line 10 people deep.  Don't bother stopping in... it'll take you an hour to get out.

Worst service ever! Waited in line for ice cream for 10 minutes before Maria SCREAMED at me and my kids "Ice Cream is closed"! On a Saturday at 5pm while the temperature is in the mid 80's... If you planned on closing any section of the store a sign would have been appreciated.
