Absolutely the worst customer service in my life! The pharmacist “Jackie “ was condescending and rude. Stated in an abrupt manner that my insurance had denied payment and that I should know that because it happened last month . Well I didn’t know that because I assumed my dr had filled out appropriate forms. In short, it doesn’t really matter because I opted to pay for it anyhow, She seemed bothered and put off by having to help me at all. I was told they need 2 hours to fill this prescription. When I showed up she said she needed another 15 min to count the pills and that she couldn’t control all the people that came in and that I could go home and come back if I wanted to. Never coming back and I will be addressing this rude unprofessional conduct to your corporate office. Perhaps you shouldn’t be working with the public with your horrific attitude. What a terrible representative for Rite Aid. You were also very rude last month , so I can see it’s the norm for you. Go Elsewhere!
Best pharmacy. The pharmacist LISA is amazing she went out of her way several times to find my medications elsewhere when they were out of stock. I highly recommend using rite aide!!!
Terrible Pharmacy . Never been so embarrassed in my life . Asked the pharmacist to hold a prescription for a day because I didn't have enough cash on me at the time. Came back the next day not only did the tech say there was no prescription here but said I would have to wait four days for the prescription. I told her I asked the pharmacist the night before to hold it for me , see replied with it's not her concern . The pharmacist that was there just stayed standing behind her and didn't say anything or cared to help . Taking my business elsewhere.
Pharmacist was rude, I had a single prescription of a single pill and I arrived an hour after it was called in and she said it would be a half an hour at least and didn't even make eye contact with me when she said it. Changed all my prescriptions to the Rite Aid in North Olmstead who said give us 10 minutes and we will have it for you when I called.
The pharmacy was amazing perfect customer service. The lady who helped me Linda was phenomenal and was so helpful
Tell me why at 1:40pm the pharmacy is closed and no one there to fill prescriptions. I would think that it's kinda important for people to be able to get their medication. I cant even transfer my prescription to a more responsible pharmacy because once again, no one is there. It's just ridiculous.
Stood at the pharmacy pick up line for nearly 10 minutes with no customer in front of me. As soon as someone pulled up to the drive-through the pharmacists stop what they were doing to help him while I still stood there waiting. They claimed they had not seen me there.
Got to the pharmacy 15 minutes before closing. They filled my daughters prescription, and was very nice about it. We will continue to use Rite Aid in the future.

Don't ever fill a prescription here. Was 2 min late to pick up my prescription and they said the pharmacists left the building?? How does that happen and they told me it wouldn't even be ready until rite before they closed at 6. I got there and called as I arrived at latest 6:03 and had to wait till the next day in pain and didn't have the antibiotics I should have started. Worst customer service ever
