The part time pharmacist would not refill my prescription without contacting my Dr to confirm it because I take another medicine in the same class at bedtime. But I've had these 2 medicines for 3 yrs now. Then he made wait all day before refilling, he said he just likes to double check. It wasn't Albert it was Colby. I understand being careful but he can see my history with these 2 meds that are taken for 2 did reasons even my Dr office wanted to know why he was questioning after this many years. Makes me want to go somewhere else

This is one of the cleanest stores I've ever been in, the people are friendly and helpful.  the layout of the store is very pleasing.

Pharmacy is terrible. I made an appt for a covid test, had a confirmation number and was told 'something was missing" and I needed to call a number handed to me on a sticky note. Could not get through the number, disconnected or depts were closed. Asked the pharmacy clerk for help getting this info needed, she said nothing she can do. Pharmacist male came strutting over and talked in a very reprimanding way that THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. The lack of empathy was amazing.  I had an appt time, reference number. etc, but his attitude was "sorry something is still missing, we don''t know what it is, but you figure it out" This is not the first time my husband and i have been shocked by the terrible service at this pharmacy. The waits, when there is no one there but us. Prices are the highest anywhere. I never write reviews on Google, ,but had to vent. I plan on contacting the senior management to see if they care any  more than this location. I also notice the staff is on a revolving door. They cannot keep anyone there as employees. That says alot as well.

Best pharmacy for my families needs. Very clean.  Those that have been there for years from staff at register, to floor stocking to the pharmacy are hardworking and caring people.

Had an appt scheduled for 2nd pfeizer covid vaccine,filled my paperwork out then was told the vaccines had expired and they weren't getting anymore in and I needed to find somewhere else to get it!!

Pharmacy service is terrible, overhead the pharmacist state, '' don't need this company, this company needs me", there in lies the attitude problem. Stood there 10 minutes and was ignored, until I said, excuse me, can I get my prescription? Then was treated like I was a bother, definitely won't return.

Horrible customer service.  Scripts aren't ready when they say.  I never post reviews but I've had it. Plus they are higher priced!
