Woman at checkout was rude and condescending to a customer. It didn't seem to matter to her that other customers were observing her inapropriate behavior. A business is only as good as it's employees. Promotional signs throughout the store can be misleading and deceptive.

Pharmacy is always slow and extremely unprofessional, this is my last time getting my medication via Walgreens in Grafton. The staff use to be kind and helpful but now it’s going downhill fast. Save your time and find a local pharmacy.

For the third time in just a few months, I have had to chase all over and make multiple stops to pick up 2 different basic prescriptions/refills. These are medications commonly in use that should not be hard to get. You get a text the medication is out of stock, days go by and no more texts. They don't answer phones. Stop by, wait in a line, and they still don't have it, haven't even ordered it, try to send you to another walgreens who has it. That Walgreens ends up not being open during their posted hours. I'm done with all the local Walgreens with hours of my time wasted- their systems do not seem to work.

Not sure why I see so many people saying the pharmacy is bad. I've had nothing but a great experience here. They run my prescriptions through good rx before I even ask them to do so. Great pharmacy if you compare it to other walgreens in the area.

Absolutely the most FILTHY dirty rundown Walgreens. Unclean is a total understatement! Walgreens Corporation must not have any cleaning requirements,of their stores. We will never go back !! This is close to my house ,and I will drove to another community instead. I believe we will not use Walgreens again!!

The pharmacy is frequently out of stock of common medications. Pharmacists and pharmacy staff typically seem like they are grumpy and unwilling to help. Major customer service training is needed here.

This review is specifically pertaining to Connie, who assisted my wife and I this morning in the photo department. We had an issue with our posters we printed a few days earlier, and Connie was incredibly helpful and patient with us in helping us get the project done right for our baby nursery. She was willing to try multiple different methods app, online, and the in store photo booth in order to get it right and also was willing to reprint as we were having an issue with matching the colors amongst the 3 posters a collage to create one large photo. When we offered to pay extra for all the additional effort and time, Connie just suggested we purchase a red nose or two it was around Red Nose Day to help children in need. We made sure to let Connie know how much we appreciated her help, she told us to bring the baby in when he arrives. The world needs more helpful, caring people like Connie!

The pharmacy is horribly inefficient. You will be told something different by each technician, therefore making it next to impossible to get your prescription filled. The girl with the glasses and outdated curly hair loves to have power plays with customers. Perhaps if she put a little more effort in her appearance, she wouldn't feel compelled to get the last word in.

Best place to stop and buy drugstore items and more. Plenty to offer. I just got a Walgreens App and started getting pictures from my phone printed there. Good prices with many Buy 1, Get 50% 2nd. Always pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Love my Walgreens!

They deserve zero! Worst Walgreens I have ever been too! We're new to the area and I have only been using this Walgreens for a month and a half. I have NEVER had such rude staff. I can't believe that these staff members constantly pass the blame. It's not everyone else's fault. You all need customer service training. I have been a Walgreens customer for many years and the poor service is ridiculous and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please don't waste your time here!
