Every time I go to pick up my medication I’m approached by NASTY, RUDE staff. If you don’t like the profession you’re working in, please don’t work in it. There is a way to talk to people and your job is to help customers and most importantly speak to them with respect. Every time I go here or call the pharmacy, I feel like I have to walk on “egg shells” because I know they’re going to be rude when I ask if my medication is ready. The only time I’m approached nicely, is when it’s the man is working in the pharmacy. I didn’t know if I was the only one who felt this way until I looked at the reviews. Sad. Don’t work in the healthcare field if you can’t be nice to others.

An ok Rite Aid. The inside is a little dingy and could use a remodel. There is a pharmacy in the back of the store but no drive-thru. I find Rite Aids to be on the expensive side but very convenient when you need something. Located next to The Bank and in front of the old K-Mart.

The staff at this location went above and beyond in being helpful when I had a question. It was a pleasure to shop at this clean, well stocked store with such kind and friendly staff.

The only reason for 5 stars is one and One only pharmacist that is unbiased, performs his job with expertise, and is a really nice, NICE, person! Jim Matsuk, the pharmacist has been there as long as I can remember, served my entire family at sometime or another and has always been the Best Pharmacist ever! As for the others well, Ladies in the pharmacy, should have more compassion, do their jobs and act accordingly!

Terrible service bad attitude from the pharmacist and her old co worker treat your customers with respect and don’t just shew them away thank you and I hope not to see her there…..Jim is the only nice respectable dude there

stopped in 2 17 23 around 5pm, rude staff and pharmacist, told me to sit down in a rude way,   really? asked for script back and went to walgreens, they were so pleasant, helpful, informative, even my mom said rite aids pharmacy mullica hill and mantua are both rude, along with the managers.  It's important when one isn't feeling well going in to get script and have to deal with rudeness, so unaccepptable.

this place is so nice. they people are so pleasant and the curly headed girl with glasses is super cute and nice 10/10 would visit again

I was suppose to get my second shot at the Rite -Aid in Glenolden PA at 2:15 on 3/27/2021. I showed up to be told they had a glitch in the system and they could not give me my shot . I was put on a long list of people waiting and the service was not good .  I called a lot of Rite aid’s to get help . Jim the pharmacist went above and beyond to assist me . I must say that you are very fortunate to have a caring and compassionate pharmacist working in your store .  Thank you for your help Fran Tittermary

Nothing like standing there for 20 minutes and being completly ignored like trash, and i was gonna switch here from cvs. No way, even pharmacist sat there like an entitled b@t#h.  Put my products back n walked out.

This place is terrible, not only the price of things is expensive, but also the attitude of service is particularly bad. I take a baby to go shopping and want to buy my husband electronic cigarettes to quit smoking. Because I forget to bring ID and only take credit card, I will not choose which one I want first. When I get ID, I will buy it again. This is a very impersonal place, not at all. Understanding the weather is bad, bring a child to come shopping me.
